FF VII remake

We got a visit from Lightning.
We really, really need a visit from another character.. and she is going to leave her.. "armor" here when she goes.

Would she leave her VII outfit or her AC outfit?

Cuz my dude would totally rock that miniskirt.

I get the feeling they might end up updating the old outfits somehow if not using the AC ones for some reason, we'll see! Would be nice to have more crossover events in future, but they'd need to make them plausible somehow.

If we get anything from having her visit ... I want that hair :|

I would love some FF7 fashioned weapons, like a pair of Tifa's gloves for my monk so I don't carry around those huge eye sores anymore.

I want Tifa's outfit pretty bad but I want Aerith's outfit even more. I only want it though so I can die and upset people while wearing it.

I'd prefer the AC outfit. It would match the one you obtain through the veteran rewards.

Find nice spot in town, join primal fight or dungeon, die, log out, come back later to login, stay dead in town, refuse raises because it can't be done.

Considering Yuffie, Cait Sith and Vincent were the only characters to make it into the Post-AC game FFVII: Dirge of Cerberus.

(Yuffie's DoC/KHII VA is the same person who played Roxy in Scott Pilgrim vs the world. Her AC and KH1 VA is the same voice who voices Kim in Kim Possible)

You know even if they couldn't bring the "Real" Tifa and Aerith they could always go the cheesy route of 2 young wandering women trying to spread their type of style and outfit all across the world and just happen to look similar to them.

The life stream is in both games. SE could say they're connected or something. *shrugs* Where there's a will, there's a way.

The only way for a character to visit FFXIV is if it makes sense for both games (otherwise it just feels like a cheap "lol fans will eat this up because ffvii" excuse)... AND if their role in said game is not complete. Odds of Tifa appearing in this game is very low. Possibly even 0% chance.

Gilgamesh can appear in FFXIV due to FFV plot reasons. Shantotto can appear in FFXIV because of FFXI: A Shantotto Ascension plot reasons. Lightning could appear in FFXIV because of Lightning Returns reasons.

cloud was in dissidia and kingdom hearts... so, why not?

oh, i will tell you why not: the people who miss the event will begging like crazy to bring the event back. and bring it again back and again and again and again... until the servers shut down...

they did it for FF13, what do you think will happen when we get an FF7 event?

Kingdom Hearts is not canon to Final Fantasy (obvious example: two certain character who should be dead are alive). Dissidia... hard to say, but also most likely not canon.

Unfortunately that's exactly right. Which makes it being an "event" so underwhelming, since we know it'll just come around again sometime. So if you missed it the first time, "no big deal", just wait till it rolls around again or enough people complain until it comes back. :(

Can you imagine the influx of people joining the game just cus of a FF7 event?

we have enough of those? Whaa? I'm still waiting for a good one :( Right now using Hempen Bottoms with thighboots blocking the stockings. Only other's I can think of are Miqo'te starter, WHM only job one, Acolyte Skirt and SCH only one. What am I missing?

Foestrikers / whatever the bard one is called. We have the tank skirts that are craftable, the alchemist has a skirt with leggings. There are plenty more skirts in the game. I'm dying for more shorts or mid length skirts. But no more short skirts.

I'm with Kaurie. We need at least one dyeable, bare-legged short skirt. Right now, you can get crafted skirts that are dyable, but come with leggings or stockings (Boarskin skirt, Alchemist's Trousers, Patrician's Bottoms), or you can get dungeon gear that is bare-legged but undyable (Foestriker's Skirt, Acolyte's Skirt). Many of these options are further restricted by class, so if you want Foestriker's white skirt glamoured onto your mage gear, or want to put Alchemist's Trousers on ANYTHING but an Alchemist, tough luck!

It wouldn't be hard. The models are already in-game. We just need a level 1 crafted glamour skirt modeled after Acolyte's or Foestriker's, and I'd be quite pleased. The Plain Skirt was a wonderful addition to the game. A Plain Miniskirt would be nice to have as well.
