So, there are now three pieces of music in the game that seem oddly familiar to me without being able to pinpoint what they remind me of, so I was hoping some of you guys might be able to help me out.
First of all, the piano we can put in our (FC) houses; when clicked it plays a short tune that I'm certain I have heard elsewhere.
The gryphon/airship (and probably others) music. This one reminds me of the N64 days, which is odd seeing as Square made stuff for Sony then rather than Nintendo. I'm reminded slightly of Wave Race 64 or something similar to it.
Matoya's Cave. This one DEFINITELY reminds me of something, I keep expecting someone to start singing. A pop song, perhaps?

Every once in a while I hear a ibt of music that reminds me of the tv series 24. It's just a few bars but it's similar to music they played during the show. Just me I'm sure, lol.

BTW if you listen to the "Eternal Legend of the Wind" (Based on FF3) it will sound a LOT like the Crystal Tower (which is also based on FF3's CT)

I don't think Azys Lia sounds like the FF6 floating continent theme, or at least if it is, it's so far removed to be a different song altogether. -

It's just that the instrumentation and the tempo are so different that they sound completely unlike each other. Also, I'm pretty sure Azys Lla is playing in a different key (but I've got no practice in that, so someone with better ears than mine will have to take a stab at it). -

fractal lv 60 dungeon, is straight from either "star ocean: the last hope" or "star ocean: till the end of time" in one of the last boss areas idk what they are called but iv played enough star ocean games to know a tune from it when i hear it lol
i even think SE makes star ocean lol but i love it and hope for more love the music from that game -
