Hi, I ordered the PC CE digital version of HW. I got my email to for early access code from 18/6 and it worked fine. But until now I haven't receive any email from SE to get the full access code for HW. Please help.

I'm in the same boat, though after looking around I've noticed they also haven't charged me for my preorder yet. Absolutely no idea why, I have an email receipt and everything.
good to know I'm not the only one. How long til we must enter the full access code to log in?
Everyone I know has been able to enter their code, too. AFAIK the pre-order code lasts us 'til the 27th.
By the by, do you know for a fact that you've been charged for Heavensward? Like I said above, my bank statement shows no payment made, so I have no idea what's going on.
don't know about SE store but amazon had the code right in the order history.
had the full add on code before the pre-order code.
guys if u do get the email please inform us here. i bought my pre-order from a 3rd party, and i still didnt the full access code. after seeing this thread then i guess its normal. however, i do get the code to register the product at square enix which is here

this doesnt register heavensward in mogstation (wonder why they don't just auto it)
so please, post here when u finally got your code, then i can ask my 3rd party company wheres my code, in case i didnt get it in my email, then must be their email
I'm in the same situation as you are, also bought HW from a 3:rd part, and still waiting on to get the code.
I'd mail them last night about the issue, but they are yet to get back to me on that.
Guess we'll have to wait and see, might get it on the 27 of June (Think that's when the early access is over..)
i finally got the code from my 3rd party company. i think the company didn't expect a third code after i lodge a customer service, but they sent me the code anyway afterward .very glad its all over. but still, im expecting an apology from square enix for delaying this code. they should've just send the full access code and the square enix registeration code together, not seperately and at different day, making people confuse. Really gave me a headache.

good to know XandriaYuki, for me still nothing. Guess I will wait til 27(early access over) to see if I receive any sort of email.
I also got a respons from my retailer with the code to fully upgrade my account now.
You could always use the support ticket thingie, and get in contact with SE if you don't wanna wait Y'shtora, maybe they could shed some light over your issue a bit earlier at least. :)
Because of this issue, i probably won't pre-order anymore in the future. ill just buy the expansion when it launches officially
