I wonder if the Bard LB really is going to be the same effect with different animations because the new LB for Bard looks more like a Massive AoE Damage LB with the Bard summoning down a Barrage of Magical Swords/Arrows.

Not to mention Machinist is getting some kind of Orbital Strike LB.

Got me hyped up. Did they replace the Admirals voice though...

And Raubahn's. Though it could just be that in game those scenes aren't voiced or have different dialogue, and they just hired soundalikes for the trailer.

That SMN LB though...mega flare (or giga)

it sounded like the voice actors just got better at accents. Raubahn's english VA hasn't been the greatest up until before the fall. Though i loved the dry delivery of Merlwyb's lines in previous scenes.

Cherry-picked or not, I was actually pretty impressed by the script and voice acting in this trailer. Certainly sets the mood. The new primal also looks surprisingly interesting, with its focus on various types of swordplay. Looking forward to seeing how this all fits together. ^_^

Ooo this makes me so curious about the story and I loved seeing all the characters and creatures!

The only thing that kinda worries is me is that the shadows looked really harsh and the color scheme seemed so dark and dreary. There were certainly times, especially when the adventurer just seemed to be outside in the wilderness, that I felt the scenery could've used a splash of color.

Also, I know he's supposed to be your ally, but I'm getting 'future villain' vibes from the aged pope-looking man with the long beard.

Why would they hire a second person to record lines JUST for a trailer, when they've got the recorded file... FOR THE GAME?!

Well who says its lb 3, those may as well be lb 2. We know its been said they are gonna reanimate all the lb's, so i cross fingers for even more awesomness :)

So I assume Black Mage is keeping Meteor for their LB3?

Because like I said: that cutscene might not be voiced. Or it might contain different dialogue that was deemed too much of a spoiler. As for why they wouldn't hire the same VAs for the trailer - it's cheaper to hire less good sound-alikes than the actual VAs especially if it's just for one line each that may not even be in the game.

I seem to remember them saying they were only reanimating LB3, but I can't remember where I read it.

It could be that voice that said "I am become you" might be Ziodark?

It would really suck if these aren't the same VAs for the in game cut scenes, got my hopes up that English voice acting might finally be improved and I can switch back from Japanese. Let's hope that's not the case.

Dark Knight's LB is totally Gafgarion's Dark Sword attack from Final Fantasy Tactics. I could not be more pleased with this! :D

Imma miss the old voice actors ;(
