Early Access issues already

What do we do if our game is not due to arrive till after EA is over >.>

The client must be updated to the current client to be even able to play the game, even if you don't have the early access code you should be able to log into the game.

the issue you say exists doesnt because of the pre order codes that people who pre ordered(digitally excluded, its built in) received.

Aren't Early Access codes emailed to you?

Yes they were. Way back when you first ordered CE NE etc. They also sent out a notification like a month ago that you could register said code and most recently a reminder to register the code if you haven't yet.

I'm not sure I understand the OP's issue then ....By "early access issue already", I assumed they meant they thought they couldn't get early access. If the the issue is that they may not receive the game before EA is over, that's not really an 'early access' problem.

The OP likely didn't realize it. I had a few people in my FC who didn't either.

If you have entered your EA code already (you should have got it almost immediately after placing your order if you used SE Store, with a reminder later down the road, no idea about other stores), you will have access from Friday 19th till Sat 27th, during that period you should get your actual copy, and thus get your full access CD key, which you then have to enter into Mogstation before the 27th.

I think the scarier question is what if your copy (physical) doesn't arrive till after EA and you can't log-in since the full game isn't yet registered to your account but you're in new content because of early access. The early access code is different from the full product registration iirc.

Should you still not have your game box at the last day of early access, make sure to log out in one of the older zones.

This would be the best advice.

I personally wouldn't log into said character to be safe though.

I am in the same boat, I live in UK and have to have the NA version shipped to me. I have not received any EA codes. If they sent you an email with the code for the game you can download the update early but EA is separate.

These are incorrect. You have until the 27th to register your copy of Heavensward to the Mogstation. So in other words, you don't have to have the game code ready the second EA is over.

Ah, thats a relief. Logging out in a old zone would work but I imagine you'd be out of luck if you fantasia to Au'ra! xP
