You don't need the physical game to ply early access, you should have been emailed a code for that.
As for shipping, expect your game to be delivered on or before the 23rd. -

So if you selected overnight, they might ship it so you get it on the 23rd Tuesday....that would be the earliest you would get it. And yes I have slow download too but not 10 to 15 days lol, thats crazy -

Good to know they are finally shipping. When I checked an FAQ on SE's store, it said pre-orders usually ship 15 days in advance. But its less than 10 days until the official launch... and its not yet shipped.
Being at an FPO address, this means I will likely get cut off from playing before my shipment will arrive and I can register my physical edition registration code -_-; -

If you ordered from EU, you didn't get a preorder code, just early access code. Seeing as your mogstation shows Heavenward early access, you don't need to do anything more yet.
If you preordered the physical version, then once it's delivered, you'll have to enter the CD key in the box into the mogstation, I'm assuming instructions will be in the box. This must be done before the 27th, as that's when the early access period ends.
For digital versions, I can't be certain, but I'm assuming it's the same, only the CD key will be emailed to you. Don't quote me on that though. -
