I'm wondering has se forgotten about us physical preorderer's. Cause I'm still waiting on getting my final codes for my ps4 and ps3 physical preorders. I hope I don't miss out on the early access.

That does seem like the natural conclusion. Don't worry, you'll probably still get into the game sometime by August.

Basically this is for anyone who has yet to input a code after their order, if I'm not mistaken everyone who preordered should of at least received a code to input into one of the links from the above "news".

No one has the codes yet. All we got so far were preorder placeholder codes and not even the actual preorder,early access codes. They wont be here until the 17th or 18th and they only just started to charge for it. Patience young padewan.

If you ordered from the SE Store you should have received your Early Access Code via email...

I preordered from gamestop not se store. I did get and input an 18 digit code to the na site was just wondering when I'll get my final preorder codes. I live in the USA so the north American version is what I'm inquiring about.

This is not true for NA (or at least me) I have yet to receive my EA code at all and I ordered a PS4 CE physical copy from the SE store itself, I've yet to be charged either! I keep checking my e-mail and bank account and nothing, not one single notification or charge has occurred yet >.< I'm starting to think SE has just dropped the bomb on a few things especially with PS's, it was so much smoother back at 2.0 EA and Launch. :/

My EA code was on the Store under my order have you checked there(Mine was pc so it may be different for ps4)?

That is weird. I think that everyone who bought it via SE store should have EA code in the store account already.
The CE code should come out when it is shipped I guess.

My pre-order code was there, but not my EA code. They have yet to hand those out, or at least not handed them out to everyone on PS4/3. PC got their actual EA codes not too long ago and put them in the Mogstation. PS4/3 users have to input their EA codes in the PSN.

I registered the 18 digit preorder code (preordered from Amazon.de) on the preorder side and got my PSN EA code (europe)

But again I am in the USA so yay for those who are in EU. But I am not. So if the se devs or the forums moderators can respond with when the north American players that preordered the ps4/ps3 physical copies will get their early access codes I'd really appreciate it. Ty and have a good day.

I'm wondering if the final code for physical (Brick and Mortar) store preorders in NA (or elsewhere) are gonna be the very last wave of codes that will be distributed...that's why were just waiting, and waiting, and waiting.

I hope not. That's why I really wish either the SE devs or the forum moderators would be so kind and respond to this. This is very frustrating they should have had the final codes when they gave us the ability to register our codes the stores gave us when we preordered.

just to be clear, the OP is talking about PS4 and PS3, not window version of physical pre-order. I pre-order my physical CE from SE store as PS4 version and all I receive is an email with 12 digits (early access) and no code for bonus item or w/e yet.

The early access begin 19/6 so I expect SE to take my money the 9th

1 I know who is from NA have not receive his early access code but then he enter some kind of code and receive it, I ll ask him when I see him online

I thought that one code covered everything (both EA and Pre-Order ingame items).

Also it looks like the Square-Enix online store orderers got the priority over those who went to brick and mortar stores (for example: GameStop) to pre-order the physical game for the EA/in game item code.

Just to be sure, it is the 12 digit code a PSN code?
Because early access and bonus item are included in the same code, not on different. So if i is a PSN code then it should be ok for you

When i did the same thing, my code for PC came up, but for PC instead of a code I have a "Please wait" (NA Region)

You beat me to it. I was about to post the same thing. I never got my code for ps4 ce either. The site where you get it from just always send pending or something like that. went to check again and now the sites under maintenance so hopefully ps4 users can get theirs soon.

Now that the maintenance appears to be over. They still have yet to give me my codes. I insist se please give me some info about when I am going to get them. This is very very irritating.

Well, I did get both my PC and PS4 codes from teh EU SE store.

Already downloaded HW to my PS4, anyone knows when we can do the same for the PC version?

Hopefully this will also finally allow me to not have the FFXIV disc in my PS4 to play. It's really annoying -.-

The final code for NA PS4 Customers who pre order from SE store and probably others the physical editions has not come out yet. They originally were waiting on PSN update before handing them out so I would expect the code to arrive any day now or by the 18th at the latest. This however does not effect players who go out and by digital editions from Sony PSN to my knowledge but I am not one of those so I cannot confirm that.

Here's my problem. I have already been charged for it (from the SE online store) and still have yet to recieve my code. When do I start breaking out the pitchforks and lighting my torch?

So I guess se has forgotten. Still another day goes by and still no nothing not even a response from them. Wish they would at least say something. Instead of keeping us in the dark. This still pending thing is annoying.

Uhhh no it is not stupid question this is about the EA code you get when you pre-order from eb games/game stop that us ps4/ps3 users have yet to receive

Which is why I think se had forgotten about us. They haven't even taken the time to respond to this. Which is the least they could do.

Yeah, I did that all as well. When I go to check the status of the early access code, it still says pending. That's not good in my opinion. My account doesn't even say that I have early access rights.

Its not good in my opinion either and the fact that se isn't saying anything about it just makes it worse.

No offense, but isn't this something you should take up with support?

If you haven't gotten any codes yet, then something is wrong for you and maybe some other players... SE won't go out officially saying anything about it.

I've got the first code. The code I speak of is for ps3/ps4 physical copy users. The one they get when they input their 1st code into the heavensward preorder website. Which is supposed to give you another code a 12digit one to input into psn that gives you the preorder bonuses of early access and the preorder items. Which is atm the website says pending and has been for awhile now. That is the code I need.

I remember reading that at the bottom of the ticket you got from gamestop that you should have a code to input into the pre-order site. THEN an email should come with the bonus items.

Otherwise, please go to their support page and input a ticket, they aren't going to come here and respond to something that is very personal and something that they might need your person information on. Hell, it could be gamestop that is causing the backup and not SE.

It's not Gamestops fault when the physical copy was purchased from the SE online store. It says that the codes are still pending on the registration website, with a approximated date of May 15th.

It's not May the 15th anymore. So now you know the issue.

This is not "very personal". I don't know of a single person who preordered the game for the ps4 from the SE store and has gotten their code yet for early access. It's a lot of us.

I agree its not very personal cause the code I'm seeking is the one you get for early access.
