Where can I pre-order Heavensward with just the Digital Download?

All I want is to just buy the digital download of the game, no extra stuff just the download itself. But few of the sites I know are restricted to only their country, I live in Singapore so I can't get it from them. Can anyone tell me any game websites that are available for me to pre-order?

Is that only restricted to NA? I used a UK account to play this game.

It shouldn't be, no. Just buy it from the SE store.

Ok, I'm being paranoid because I used the UK code when the game started, not NA so I don't know if it'll work correctly. Thank you!

You cannot mix and match the region codes as explained in this thread.

I tried checking the EU store but it says it's restricted and I have to find other retail stores. So I'm already out of options of places to buy the expansion.

I'm uk to andi just checked the link from Sader, it works for me and I can add it to the cart. (I haven't gone to the actual payment bit though)

You cannot pre-order from the EU SE Store if you are not in the supported region.

I suggest that you pre-order from Greenmangaming or Humble Bundle. It is available for pre-order there but you will need need a VPN like Hola to see it.

GreenManGaming and HumbleBundle are also restricted though. How to I change the VPN?

I am using the Hola extension in Chrome. There should be an icon for Hola next to the address bar (looks like a red fire emoticon). Click on it and choose the country e.g UK

I'm using Explorer I tried downloading it but I can't seem to open the folder and its saying 78[1] is not found.

Sorry. I am not sure how it works in Explorer.
