No Digital Early Access code?

Anyone have any issues of NOT being provided an early access code with your order?! This is ridiculous, got CE preordered but no access code and all my friends have it. :(

did you unlock it from the stores site?

can't even get in my account to check anything on the store site -_-

hmm the code i recieved is saying it has already been used

Codes will not go live till closer to the early access date

you cant even use it until 6/18

I couldn't get into my account through the site either, but I clicked the link in the e-mail they sent and it brought me right to the page to redeem my code.

I didn't have any links or such in my email to click...just shows everything but that.

Mine isn't showing the code. It just says "Free!" and has the instructions, but no code anywhere.

Beside the "Instructions" link there should be another box that says "verify code" or something. cant quite remember. Click that and the code will display below it.

I'm having a similar issue. I pre-ordered the physical CE and received a confirmation email. Logging into the SE store and going to My Account > Your Orders shows my pre-order for the physical CE, but nothing for the early access code. Anyone else have this issue?

I know this probably isn't in the right spot but say if I have a ps3 version of ffxiv arr and I buy a ps4 do I have to rebuy ffxiv arr to be able to play heavensward on a ps4? Also if that's the case if I buy the boxed version of ffxiv arr and heavensward and preorder it do I get the access code. Since technically I am not a new player just a player that upgraded their system. It would suck if I don't get it just because I started arr on a ps3 then decided to get a ps4 for the expac. Also say if my ps3 doesn't work any more is there a way to unsync my ffxiv arr key for ps3 and then resync it to my ps4. Since I won't be able to use my ps3 anymore that has my ffxiv arr key applied to it.

I'm having the issue that the store site doesn't have the code with my order (or more precisely, the order shows the "HEAVENSWARD PRE-ORDER BONUS CODE" section, and an "instructions" button, but no way to get a code), but also, i never received a confirmation email. I wrote customer support soon after i placed the order, but have not heard back yet.

Ladies and gentlemen.

An Activation Key (obtained from the "My Account" > "Your Orders" of the SE Store site, is used to access the preorder campaign site for Heavenward to then select your platform of choice following the actual "GAME CODE" that is NOT AVAILABLE for registering yet. CSR either worded wrong, or is confused, and Bayohne clearly made this point in the quoted post previous page.

In other words:

Activation Key AAAAAA-123-AAAAAA-123 = Access Preorder Site https://preorder.na.finalfantasyxiv.com/na
Activation Game Code XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX = Not being accepted yet https://secure.square-enix.com/accou...est=mogstation

Can verify that you can use your bonus code, I just did it. Was able to register the code for bonus items, which includes early access. Once completed I got confirmation and the code to use on 6/18 to download the client for early access was then provided.

So you can register your bonus code, just not your actual heavensward code, as the date to do so is 6/18.
