    No Digital Early Access code?

    Anyone have any issues of NOT being provided an early access code with your order?! This is ridiculous, got CE preordered but no access code and all my friends have it.

    I couldn't get into my account through the site either, but I clicked the link in the e-mail they sent and it brought me right to the page to redeem my code.
