Just Pre-ordered, but... Where's my e-mail?

As the description says, I still don't have my e-mail. Some people are telling me the Online Store is down. I got all the way to the "Thank you" page after placing my order and it told me to look for an e-mail, but it isn't there yet. I need to confirm that I got the information right since I just changed residences.

If I got all the way to the "thank you" page, does that mean my order is complete? Or is it possible that it jammed up and gave me false feedback?

Can someone please say something? I'm worried that my order didn't go through at all. I'd rather not risk buying a 2nd copy. I stayed up all night, called in from work, and stayed at my computer since the early hours. WHERE THE HELLS IS MY E-MAIL!?

I wasn't logged into my SE account. And yeah, I did check my spam. :(

The SE site is down so I doubt SE can tell you at this time. My guess it got hammered and crashed.

It's only been a few minutes and the store is being overwhelmed by all the requests. Give it some time. Did you get a confirmation number?

Because we, the forum users, know where your email from SE is. Okay.

If you're from EU and ordered on the EU SquareEnix store good luck to you... I'm never ordering anything from them again.

Of course I'm not actually expecting that. I'm just wondering if it's possible that it gave me a false completion message.

I didn't get a confirmation number. That's one of the things I was hoping to find in the e-mail.

I ordered the thing a 2nd time (this time while logged in with an SE account) and got an e-mail. If I see anything regarding the other order attempt, I'll promptly cancel it to ensure someone else isn't deprived of their copy. I'm starting to wonder if it falsely showed me a Transaction Complete type page but didn't process the order because I wasn't logged in with an SE account. Either way, I'm glad that's figured out.
