As the description says, I still don't have my e-mail. Some people are telling me the Online Store is down. I got all the way to the "Thank you" page after placing my order and it told me to look for an e-mail, but it isn't there yet. I need to confirm that I got the information right since I just changed residences.

If I got all the way to the "thank you" page, does that mean my order is complete? Or is it possible that it jammed up and gave me false feedback?
