Hello everyone!
Well, inspired by Reinheart's thread and his hard work on translating the Japanese rep/dev's posts and Catapult's German/english thread, I decided that I could do the same with the french ones.
Some info might be already known and posted by either English or Japanese rep but it is always nice to have every little bit of info.
I will also try to be as organized as Reinheart to make it easier to search for specific answer in the future.
I will try to work with the same principles, so in the quote what you see in RED is my translation and in BLUE will be my comments if needed.

Youmukon says that he asked that question to the devs. They said that it would indeed fit in the spirit of the Final Fantasy franchise to be able to use cure spells on undeads but that the targeting system is not yet up to their expectations and would not want players to cure unwanted targets.
They add that it is not excluded to see this change in the future once the targeting system is fixed
Crafting recipes revisions - obsolete items
This is regarding the items that will be made obsolete once the new crafting recipes are in place.

He would like to confirm that the list of items that will become obsolete will be made available once the patch 1.19 is released. However he cannot give more information regarding the future uses of treatises.
Are link and chain bonuses cumulative?

I asked the question on this specific point to the dev and it was confirmed to me that, while powerful, the gears enhanced with materias will be balanced enough in regards to the gears from NM (these gears will not be able to be enhanced)
The new system aims to be "fair" and the items dropped from NMs won't become obsolete, far from it
Crafting - +1 and +2 items
OP asks what will happen to the +1 and +2 items after patch 1.19.

Regarding the gathering, the items +1/+2 will disappear and be replaced by the new NQ/HQ system. In regards to the crafting, it will still be possible to craft +1/+2 items after 1.19. The new HQ system will be applied to the crafting after with patch 1.20 and more details will be announced then.
it's not answering the OP's question about what will +2 convert into.
Linkshell Admin tools not in 1.19

Instant travel for airship to apply to boat as well
We already know that the instant travel is temporary as it was confirmed multiple times and that further down the line we might get the choice to either fast travel or actually ride the airship for events/quests etc.

I want to confirm what Antipika said regarding the way leves will be renewed. You do not have to log on every 12 hours to stock up on leves. To make understand this better, the leve system will work like the animas. The value will increase automatically regardless if the player logs on or not.
The maximum leves one can take at one given time will still be 8 (as it is now), but the maximum reserve will be able to go to 99
In other word you will have a value on 99 that will increase by 4 every 12 hours. When you want to do leves you can only take 8 at the same time but once completed you can go back to the counter and take more if your reserve isn't depleted (i.e.: you have 12/99 leves in your reserve. You take 8 and complete them, you can go back to the counter and exchange them for the remaining 4 you have left.)

The OP was wondering how exactly the loot system worked in FFXIV and was wondering if there was a way to "roll" on an item.

The /random command will not come with patch 1.19 but the devs are still working on improving the loot distribution system. I cannot give any more information for now.
