Still want to see some more wavy/curly hair, and before Samurai comes out some good ol' on the road crazy wild Samurai/Lion (Chinese) warrior hair.

I want a long ponytail for my character... Hoping guys get one also.

Yay! This is one of the styles I was hoping for in the hairstyle thread and now it's actually happening. :D

I'll wait and see how it looks like. The new short hair style they recently released looks pretty good on my [currently] Hyur female, but not so good on my male Miqo'te.

To be fair Miqo'te females had a ponytail cut from the very start, about of the same length (this one will just have smaller bangs and a curlier tail)

True, I had forgotten that, despite using if the 1st six months I played....lol

This one though has smaller side bangs, a curlier tail along with front bangs and it is a high ponytail vs the existing one where the forehead is clear of bangs and the ponytail is almost flush with the head at the back.

I should probably ammend my post as follows;

lol, true, for me it depends on how their skin looks, whether I like the tail and what horn options there are. My version of Kosmos will more than likely remain a kitty though, she's been this way since the game I played before FFXIV.

I know I am. Petite (well...in comparison to their male counterparts. Hopefully to other races, too), sexy dragons > cutesy anime kitties. And I'm going to be all over this ponytail because YASSS a real ponytail! (well, miqo already had one...the front was just unflattering) Not a lazy housewife one like the one coming in 2.5 Part 2 (that is what it's coming with, right?)

More hairstyles are always welcome. :)

Looks very promising, although I admit I greatly fear it will have clipping issues that get ignored in the sad vein of quantity over quality.

You can't fix clipping on one hair style alone, and it would take a prtty core change to character rendering, chracter and gear models for every race, and toss in the additional client side processing to prevent clipping....I don't think that's going to happen for a hair style.

is this fur dudes too? everytime a reach a selfset i lvl milestone I evolve my appearance and next up was pony tail but the ones elezen got arent doing it for me so i had to go straight to long.

I wouldn't mind a Male Ponytail hair style reminiscent of the 1800s Gentlemen's Ponytail.
