Without sprint casters are 100% dead since they will get interrupted.
Bring icarus wings and use your TP restore cooldowns effectively.
How do you think casters feel when their Sprint gets canceled by Weapon Throw?
So.... Healers can't use cleric and now u want us to lose sprint.
Next you'll want swift cast heal to be nerfed.
Also why chase something you can't catch?
Melee should only chase when u got a bud that can cc them for you etc. thats why bad players will be bad cuz they just chase chase and get baited.

I wish this game tallied how many healers I'v killed...... you just gotta practice more. Killing healers is like an art and once you are good at it .. it is beautiful.

There ya go, TC, three sprint options for you, add Weapon Throw to the list and you've got more than enough to counter people using sprint. Let's not forget DRG jump actions, MNK's Shoulder Tackle, Overwhelm from NIN and a MRD using Holmgang, if you're feeling creative, you can even use Hyoton from NIN to bind them and waste their sprint until you've caught up with them.

You can do something like that if you play melee.
Opponent sprint -> weapon throw -> after 30 sec opponent sprint and you can sprint yourself too and invigorate -> after 30 sec opponent sprint again you can weapon throw again -> after 30 sec opponent sprint and you can sprint yourself too and use enliven -> after 30 sec opponent sprint again and you can weapon throw again -> after 30 sec opponent sprint and you can sprint yourself too and use tp potion -> after 30 sec opponent sprint again and you can weapon throw again -> after 30 sec opponent sprint and you can sprint yourself too and use invigorate -> after 30 sec opponent sprint again and you can weapon throw again -> after 30 sec opponent sprint and you can sprint urself too and use enliven..
it has already been nerfed (half potency in PvP after a swiftcast)

Fine, but remove casts being interrupted then. Cause ou know, removing the advantage of being a caster without removing the drawback is like asking for melees to be able to use only auto attacks if moving. Cause it's totally unfair to be able to use skills while moving, isn't it ?

Take sprint from casters and what will they have? I don't know you pain, I am BRD, people can't simply run away from me but I think that casters need something to counter melees. :P
I noticed a lot of players don't even use weapon throw to remove sprint. I think they just use it for damage lol.
Sprint must stay.

Hey, I got another amazing idea. Let's make it so melee can't run in circles around casters, or just WALK AWAY when you're casting Fire spells on them. If anything, caster mobility should be increased not decreased. If you can't kill a caster before they run off, you quite simply aren't trying hard enough.
Heh, Removing sprint would be a buff to casters. If you played right, you'd sprint too and or weapon throw to break the targets sprint and using Enliven right after to get your tp back. If there was no sprint allowed, casters wouldn't have to worry about weapon throw and becoming slower. One small distance from caster and target would make it rough for melee to catch up. That would be from blizzard 2 or any knock back...

I think what you're asking for is to essentially tie all mages down so you can slash at them until they die.
I agree to this when we can cast without interruption or when melee have to stand completely still to attack. You know, so that it's fair.
