Does anyone know of the DoT from Fracture adds to the healing done by Bloodbath? And if it does, is it worth it trying to use it? Or is it just so insignificant it's not worth trying to add to the rotation?

It adds but only if DoT is applied after u activated Bloodbath. I like to use it as combo in dmg heavy fights though its only a lil ticking selfheal. At big pulls I use Bloodbath, Fracture (on more than 1 mob), Steel Cyclone, Overpower combos to help the healers (with mantra/ second wind having a self heal/heal supporting crossclass setup).
Also important about the combo is that as it is heal it generates hate so you may want to add it to your aggro combo to keep/build up hate.
Using Fight or Flight before BloodBath then Fracture helps too as you'll do more damage and DOT.
The dot will not heal you if you use bloodbath, just tested this on a dummy. Also the self heal from bloodbath will not generate any additional aggro.
And my test on a dummy and on mobs says otherwise, with fracture and bloodbath up I healed exactly the same as I did without it up, the thing about aggro I haven't tested personally but most other people have tested it and the result is that self heals doesn't increase aggro
So as a PLD would this work... Fight or Flight -> Bloodbath -> Fracture -> Convalescence (to increase what you get back?)
Lol then autoattack rate is much higher than thought >.> (Refuse to use tools XD) and bout the aggro yea the heals go for what 10-100 in serious fight? so wont be much measureable.
The DoT does indeed count towards your enmity, but as you said, it's quite small, especially considering it doesn't have a threat multiplier like Butcher's Block's massive 5.5x.
That's really not a good thing. While you may have the best of intentions in mind, many people take things at face value and won't check back, and your untested theory can cause a spread of misinformation.
Lol no further comment
All I will say is don't go out of your way to BB + Fracture. Not worth the effort. Look at it this way: If you're pushing DPS or solo tanking a boss, just try and keep up Fracture period, as long as you're not TP starving. As for BB, use BB + Convolesence as a paired combo, and get the most out of it. Consider it a "lesser" CD, as it does not mitigate any damage. Works well when paired with Vengeance + Inner Beast + BB + Convo = hell sweet mitigation + much self healing.
I see. Well, guess it's time to change that around. *shrugs* Stupid... Convo not working with Bloodbath.....*stomps away*
I would not use fracture as a threat generating tool. It's so small, it's not worth it. Besides this, fracture as MT doesn't really do much, if not anything significant for you.
This thread is a perfect example why an ingame parser could really help though. Not trying to get into that discussion in this thread. However, the information some people give, stated as pure facts, are stunning. Of course they will have an excuse when proven wrong.
I think the community in general would be better off with a parser. :)
Bloodbath healing work only with direct damage. Dot will not generate any healing. Only the first direct hit will heal you.
Fracture generate aggro as any other skill. Dot to generate aggro. But they dont have any aggro moltiplicator.
Bloodbath healing are not increased by convalescence or defiance or any other buff. Bloodbath healing is based only on damage you deal wen hit enemy
I dont know if this heal will generate aggro or not. If it will generate extra aggro is realy irrilevant.
