Is it possible to have a T13 Bahamut fight with an alliance system with each alliance taking different parts of It's body and then fighting It's essance?

will Final Coil feature multiple turns like previous Coils? Or will we stop at T10 with the final battle?

Are you doing away with phase switches that often require a perfect timing?

The DPS checks of T5 and T9 feel quite out of place, will we have something that feels more in place this time?

Can we have artwork spoilers for the boss in the final coil pls? And by the love of the Twelve, would you be willing to remove the notorious "MORE PUNISHING PENALTY for REAL HIGH DPS party"mechanic?

With the Second Coil of Bahamut, there seemed to be a big theme going on with requiring a lot of personal responsibilities for each player going into the fights. that is, it's up to each individual player to know how to handle an applied debuff appropriately (T6-floral Trap/Devour, T7 - Cursed Voice/Shreik, T8- Allagan Field, T9 - too many to list). Will this theme continue into the next coil or will there be a new type of aspect that you will be pushing this time around.

Is it possible that the teamwork/resource type gameplay we saw with Ramuh was a precursor for what to expect in the near future. :)

How many turns will there be in the Final Coil? Five like the first coil, or four like the second coil?

For the second coil of Bahamut (and its Savage version) there was an emphasis on high DPS primarily to beat enrage timers or push phases in a favorable way. Tanks and healers were also encouraged to value DPS over performing and gearing to their intended roles.

Will the encounters in the third/final coil put more focus on tanking/healing and their respective roles, and/or can we expect encounters that put a lesser emphasis on average raid DPS.

While the understanding of not removing lock out is to prevent "carries" through the content for loot, it feels like the 2.3 patch contradicts that with the hunts and the easier access for Coil-level gear. If this trend is to continue where one-patch ahead introduces easier access to gear and two-patch ahead unlocks the lockout, can we just simply not have a strict lockout for Coil and opt for a loot lockout or an alternative method for distributing loot instead? It's frustrating to force people into groups of 8 and having to either accommodate for stray members or straight up telling them that they can't progress in the game with their current FC. The introduction of Savage difficulty or making the fights difficult enough should be an ample gate for players that wish to put their skills to the test. The excuse of not distributing high level gear freely is not cutting it for both the casual and the hardcore players, especially if people can get their needs in a future patch.

Can you please consider a token exchange system (meaning every run yields a certain amount of tokens which are then used to purchase pieces of your choice) for gear in Final Coil and future raids as opposed to a completely RNG based drop system?

Would it be possible to introduce a token system to give players more accessibility to acquire their Coil gears rather than simply rely on a poor RNG system. I have friends on my list who haven't seen or gotten their respective item(s) since SCOB was first released to this day. I feel really bad for them because the other members in their party are already gearing their secondary classes while they're still stuck trying to gear their primaries.

Obviously if you add such a system, could you make it so that each Turn gives a specific token? Turn 10, for example, would give Turn 10 tokens. Turn 11, on the other hand, would give Turn 11 token. The same can be done for remaining Turns 12 and 13. These tokens would be derived similar to how weekly Tomestones are currently handled where the chest and leg pieces currently cost the most. In this sense, the token costs could be the following:

Accessories: 3 Tokens
Helmet, Gloves, Boots: 6 Tokens
Chest and Legs: 10 Tokens
Weapons: 12 Tokens

The costs would be to alleviate issues of overgearing too fast and players becoming bored within weeks. Moreover, players will still have to continue making an effort to progress through each Turn to acquire the specific tokens they need. By designing a token system in such a manner, players will also not be able to abuse the token system and just farm Turn 10 for the same tokens only.

Another suggestion is what others on this forum have suggested. Can we have a weekly loot lockout similar to CT and ST?

On the subject of minions/mounts, Can we have a Coil themed mount or minion? I'd love my own personal ADS (either able to ride, or as a minion)

Will the item level dropped from The Final Coil be the highest obtainable before the expansion?

Are there plans to increase the responsiveness of Heals? Currently, there is a significant delay on spells like Lustrate and Benediction. Increasing the responsiveness of these timings would make the classes feel much more impactful.

Are there plans for mechanics that require more healing checks? A good example would be the Turn 2/4 Soft Enrage, or similarly to Mega-Flare where mitigation is absolutely required? What other sort of gimmicks can we expect in the new Turns?

How about you change the lockout rules? You could give the groups who clear all the turns for the week a second run. or Allow Savage mode to be it's own second set.

In the Final Coil of Bahamut, can we expect to see another gauntlet fight like the elevator in the Binding Coil of Bahamut: Turn 4?

Also, before thread is derailed further; OP did state no discussion, only questions.

Will gear from the final coil share an item lv with the upcoming purchasable gear or will it follow the 2.3 trend where items (originally) dropped from coil will be needed to upgrade to match Final coil Item level?

In the Second Coil of Bahamut, most Turn 7 strategies place a heavy emphasis on one person's task (kiter), which is made harder by phase pushes. Will the Final Coil introduce similar fights where a lot of responsibility is heaped on one person, with the others carrying much less of a burden?

With your animation teams crippling OCD with animations, have you figured it's about time that spell effects should take priority over animations? Considering the most played class is white mage, I'm sure I'm not the only one who is fed up with the game eating my benediction cooldown and the tank still dies. Even BioWare realized that was an issue in Star Wars The Old Republic and made AoE damage / healing effects instantaneous before the animation goes off or finishes.

Will the "team jump rope" stuff finally stop after this coil?

Also the lockout, people have been asking over a year now to change it.

Could you consider make a Practice Mode of Coil bahamut or the Future raid progress later?

(no loot / cutscene / story progression) so the experience player could help another new player without breaking their static party.

With the release of the Final Coil of Bahamut, will the Second Coil of Bahamut be added to the Duty Finder? And if so, can you please state what changes will be made to the Second Coil if any for new players or for players having trouble clearing the content.

Would you consider a token system (sorta like Primal Focus) for coil? Example: every time a player clears a turn without acquiring loot they receive a token for that turn directly from the game into their inventory/as currency akin to myth tomestones. Then, they could turn in 10 of those tokens for a guaranteed drop from that boss. You could even make it if they receive a drop from the turn, their tokens reset. It'd be a system designed to remove the negative effects of RNG - if you go 10 weeks clearing the same content, shouldn't you deserve an upgrade from it?

And, slightly off topic but related, would you ever consider a similar system to fix the atma grind? Perhaps a player needs 1 million atma points to get an atma (or some other number) and each fate would randomly give you between 1 and 1 million atma points. The net effect would mean it works exactly the same as it does now, but at least you can feel like you're making progress instead of blindly throwing darts.

The Coil storyline is really fascinating, but a lot of players can't get through it without the right groups! Will Second Coil's strategy be easier like you made the first coil?

With the introduction of this new and final coil, will you ease up on the difficulty for T5 so new or casual players can catch up and clear it? I know far too many folks avoid it altogether now because they are ridiculed for being new or making mistakes that cause wipes. I'm not saying hand them the fight, just requesting it be a little less difficult so they can experience the story.

is there anyway you can make the new coil be like Syrcus Tower where when you get your 1 loot for the week you cant get loot no more until next week but make it so we can go back and do the other turns with are friends and not be locked out for 1 week.

Can you name the new Binding Coil of Bahamut: Turns 6, 7, 8, and 9?

Can ACN/SMN/SCH pets sit on you with /beckon or Heel? I always feel sorry for Carby when an ACN rides past on their chocobo, and poor Carby has to run like crazy to keep up.

With the Sands/Oils/UATs added to Syrcus Tower, and the Relic/Zodiac Saga now elevated to weapons better than Second Coil currently offers, it has been said that there is little reason to run Second Coil now. With a large number of players still unable/uninterested in clearing Turn 5 of the Binding Coil to gain access to Second, and very likely new gear and weapons with higher item levels than what SCoB can offer, how you do plan to provide incentive for players to challenge this content, instead of the easier content that offers equivalent or greater rewards?

Can you please add a better loot system for 3rd coil. I saw barely any DRG loot during my months of doing SCOB.

Will the Second Coil be added to the Duty Finder, and if so, with any changes? Also, what is planned beyond the Coil, since it's now reaching the end? Thank you!

Can we please make it so that the next step of Coils relies on a Token system and not RNG! Please!

Will the development team consider implementing "Story" versions of Coil that drop no (or trivial) loot for players who are geared up enough for Coil, but don't have the immense time/dedication/skill to tackle these challenges, and just want to see the story?

How many turns will this be ? Also since it is the last coil will there be an epic finally planned?

I don't think a token system is the way to go. I think if they added something like a st type of lock out it would be better. I kinda like the way they do it now though just itmwill done better if your team can keep doing coil for the week until everyone in your team got the gear drop they need . It would make it go by to fast though and people would get geared to fast.
