Crash d'ordinateur lié au jeu

Bonjour,

Depuis la sortie de la 2.3, j'ai des latences (PNJ qui n'apparaissent pas, animations en retard, chargements très long et le jeu qui zoome sur le sol après le chargement). Les problèmes cités peuvent correspondre à des problèmes de connexion sauf que ça n'en est pas. Nous avons appelés Orange deux fois et ça ne vient pas d'Orange ou de notre box.

Quelques jours après, quand je joue à FFXIV mon ordi plante, le jeu gèle (même les musiques) qu'il y ait plusieurs choses lancées en même temps qu'FFXIV ou non ce qui rend le jeu injouable.

Nous avons essayé de désinstaller/réinstaller et mettre à jour les pilotes graphiques (il y avait un conflit), mais ça n'a rien changé et nous allons essayer en formatant notre ordinateur.

j'avais les mêmes soucis, j'ai du changé mon matériel pour du plus récent (processeur, carte mere et mémoire) maintenant le jeu tourne au top, peut être ta onfig qui est un peu trop légère comme la mienne avant

C'est ce que je me suis dit, mais ça ne le faisais pas avant la 2.3 et ça le fait qu'avec FFXIV

J'ai un peu près les mêmes soucis que Tom depuis la 2.3. J'ai des temps chargement long quand je me tp dans une zone pour un moob de chasse, à mor dhona IMPOSSIBLE de voir des PNJ, mon personnage se freeze souvent en CT2, je ne voit AUCUN monstre ni de Boss pendant quelques temps en donjon raid. Les aoe sont devenu IMPOSSIBLE a éviter. Et c'est INJOUABLE sur Titan EX.

Je suis sur PC Windown 7, avec RAME 4.00, mon processeur étant très faible, je possède un ordi moyen et une carte graphique mini pour faire tourner le jeu. Je pense que c'est mon ordi trop vieux le problème mais le souci c'est que ou est l'argent ?

comme je l'ai dit j'avais les mêmes symptôme depuis la 2.3 du a mon matériel trop vieux, surtout le processeur (apparemment le jeu est plutôt gourmand de ce côté la, je suis passé d'un athlon II X2 250 à un FX6300 black) CM+proc+ram ça ma couté 300€ (bon je me suis lâché sur le prix mais dans 2-3 ans j'aurais encore le même matos)

faut pas oublier que quand on joue sur PC il faut un jour ou l'autre pousser la puissance vers le haut sinon les jeux tournent plus correctement. sinon y a l'option de passer sur console

sinon la configuration recommandée pour le jeu (selon moi c'est un minimum pour ne pas avoir de souci):

• Système d'exploitation : Windows® 7 64 bits
• Processeur : Intel® Core? i5
• Mémoire vive : 4 Go
• Disque dur / SSD : 20 Go d'espace libre
• Carte graphique : NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX série 5xx, AMD Radeon? HD série 7xxx

De tout façon ils ne répondront pas à cette question car j'ai le même soucis depuis la dernière mise à jours.J'ai une très bonne connexion et mon pc n'a que deux ans et je n'ai toujours pas de réponse à ma question.

oui c'est le jeu car moi c'est plus que l'image se fige et ensuite les événements accélèrent jusq'a ce que ca redevienne normal.mais pour l'instant pas de reponses de leur par c'est frustrant

Pour être témoin ce que t'as vécu ces derniers temps (mon pauvre qui crash alors que je le cause via la LS) je confirme que c'est le jeu qui est caca là.

ils connaissent le soucis, est ce qu'ils font quelques choses ?

Faut attendre que quelqu'un répond à ce topic pour avoir leurs infos .......

vous pouvez nous indiquer précisément la configuration de vos PC ? histoire d'écarté un potentiel souci venant de la
vous ouvrez le launcher, vous cliquez sur configuration en bas et sur ouvrir en face de information systeme, ensuite copier coller le résultat sur le forum

Je remarque que J'ai un ordi plus léger que Tom mais aussi je possède deux disque dur dont un qui a pété un plomb ces derniers temps car il n'arrête pas de faire des sauvegardes de fichiers pour rien. faut que je demande à mon père d'enlever ça ....
Petite précision IMPORTANTE : niveau ordi et config Tom possède un ordi plus puissant que moi or j'ai moins de problème que lui. Et niveau connexion internet je suis chez SFR et lui chez Orange.

thetomberry , vu ta config je pense qu'il ne faut pas trop chercher loin, déjà un windows 7 avec 2Gb de ram je sais même pas comment tu fais pour utiliser le pc dans de bonne conditions avec FFXIV lancé en même temps.
madie, je pense de ton côté que tu as le même souci que j'avais, processeur un peu trop mou (et ton pc est plus correct que celui de thetomberry au final), essaye de faire une défragmentation de ton disque dur principal avec auslogic's disk defrag, on sait jamais ça peut aider

"défragmentation" c'est à dire ? ^^ (oui je ne suis pas une pro en ordi :()
(surtout que j'ai booster l'ordi y a un an même s'il est un peu vieux)

Mon ordi est un warrior !

Sinon, le formatage est la meilleur chose que je peux faire car les disques durs de mon ordi sont surchargés et là il vient de me le faire comprendre en plantant sur un autre jeu qui plantait jamais, et puis je l'ai jamais formaté depuis 5 ans (ni défragmenté, car le logiciel de défragmentation par défaut ne fonctionnait pas) ^^'

Pour la défragmentation je vais lui expliquer en MP !

EDIT 1 - Le formatage se passera (normalement) Dimanche, je donnerai des nouvelles
EDIT 2 - Effectivement, mon disque C et F ont tous les deux 1% fragmenté

Je vais essayer le défragmentation.

Sachant que j'ai régler un souci que j'avais ces derniers temps, ma qualité graphique était moyenne et j'avais compris mon souci : ma carte graphique n'a pas été mis à jour depuis un bon moment, je lui ai fait la mise à jour et depuis ça passe mieux je vois mieux les pnj, j'ai moins de freeze qu'avant. Bref ça passe mieux ^^'

J'ai fini la défragmentation avec le logiciel que tu m'as conseillé et j'ai redémarré l'ordi, le jeu est beaucoup plus rapide, les chargements sont super rapides et les PNJ apparaissent beaucoup rapidement mais j'ai quand même planté ._.

EDIT 1 - J'ai regardé la température de mon ventilo et c'est 50°

sephirotced tu avais à moitié raison, il va falloir que je change la carte graphique, les RAM, les ventilo ou remettre de la pâte thermique

tu peux utiliser memtest, tu le grave sur un disque et tu boot dessus
