Daily Hunt Mark Bills require you to kill normal enemies for 1 seal per mark, and FATE boss enemies for 2 seals, so why not make all FATEs give 1 or 2 seals and the Mark Bills be additional on top of that?

No. Just do the hunts. Fates give exp, gil and GC seals. Hunts give myth, sold and allied seals. They are two balanced systems. Do not touch them.
Why not just stop posting about anything related to hunts. I'm tired of seeing general discussion littered with fix this, do this, hunts hunts hunts. No offense lol
As someone who is grinding for ATMA I would love if fates gave Allied Seals or tomes or ANYTHING that I actually need at this point of the game. GC seals are pretty useless, sure, I might one day be happy that I have a bajillion of them, but I certainly have no use for them now, which makes the Fate grind that much more tedious.
First off the OP never said anything about fixing the hunts. Second the OP has made a great suggestion seeing they require two fates for the daily hunts why not make fates give allied seals as well? The daily hunts are crap reward for the work put into then as is and not all of us like being on a schedule or having to fight an angry mob of a thousand players for the bigger game. As it is now not everyone can really enjoy the hunts and if we were to be stuck doing only the daily ones it would take around a year to save enough seals to get anything good.

FATES already award Gold, Experience, GC Seals, and ATMA/Alexandrite.
Allied Seals would be too much.
All they need to do is remove the Myth/Soldiery from the hunts. Why should people be able to cap their Myth/Soldiery while earning Allied Seals at the same time? Shouldn't there be an opportunity cost? What's the point of running a dungeon now? If I had a fresh 50, I'd just do hunts to get all my gear with the current system.
Where does this stop though? Next thing allied seals will be asked to be in dungeons, trials, low level roulette, main story quests, seasonal events, picked up by retainers, leves, dropped by mobs, etc. The seals were designed specifically for hunts they don't need to be included in anything else.
If they are in fates every fresh 50 will already have enough to gear to full i90 instantly. It is already easy enough to do that.

I wouldn't be against. People always moan that getting currency from one place sucks; remember everyone pissing and moaning over mythflox for their books and wanting more places to get myth?
Another place to get Allied Seals isn't bad. FATEs probably aren't the best, but at least with FATEs you could justify only giving out like 1 or 2, as opposed to putting it in a dungeon where the expected number would be more like 20 or 30+.
Don't see why not, they might even drop from other content by then too. It'll most likely happen once new GC ranks are implemented, whenever that happens, any day now.
Don't give players yet another reason to grind FATEs.

As to 'just doing the Hunts', perhaps it's not possible for many people for any number of particular reasons, including a massive lack of interest in the melodrama surrounding the whole thing.
As to 'then they might as well add them to everything forever and ever and it'll ruin everything forever and they'll all be ilevel 90 at level 1' or whatever, I'm not sure what the problem there is, as they almost need to be i90 anyway to do anything these days. Though I wouldn't suggest that Allied Seals be added to everything, as that wouldn't make any sort of sense.
Ultimately I only suggested it because it fits with past developments for getting people to 'grind more FATEs' and such things. To do lower level content. It would distract from doing Atma, because you're still getting something vaguely 'useful' to you at item level one million, like you are at.
So, I guess, thank you all for the more useful responses.
Two things SE need to do now is 1) remove tome awards from hunts to get people back into dungeons and 2) to not listen to people that advise to give free stuff to them
Pretty much this. I just want to do hunts so that I can get the Flame Elite gear. But I am extremely dissuaded from doing hunts because every time one pops, it's like "Black Friday in Eorzea". Everyone running all over each other in an adrenaline-fueled rage to get their thing before someone else does, and then get pissed off when they don't get that thing. It's a very socially violent piece of content that I have to avoid to preserve my composure, even though the rewards for it are items I really, really want.

people zerging, fates with 50+ people, with no chance of landing even one attack, invisible mobs, new player ( who actually need them) left out.

No sands from ST man. Maybe at a later date, but at the moment, only other place to get sands other than hunts/allied seals is to do something that .05% of the playerbase has done so far. Since it seems too late to take away sands from hunts, the best thing they can do is add sands to other content. If they just did that, the zerging would diminish greatly.
I really don't understand why Allied Seals were not added to Frontlines. Lore/logic-wise it makes a lot more sense to me.

still, the way I see it, allied seals in hunts "punish" the end-game players who can't (or want) do them, due to lag issue, or any other reasons.
that still doesn't stop them for playing, as there are plenty other contents you can do ( you don't actually NEED ilv110 gear, to clear SCoB)
allied seals in FATES, instead, will "punish" more the new players, who uses them to get exp, and level up.
what would you do, freshly new lv5ish player, when you try to do some of the lv 5 fates, north shroud for example, and a mass of full geared top player comes around and kill everything in 10 seconds?
(not that with all those ATMAs, it's different now, lol. it would just be WAY worse.)
I still see lots of player doing fates in lv30+ zones, but that would probably be because they are somewhat related to beast tribes...
I believe places like Cohertas will be more populated with the addition of the Ixali beast tribe, but it's just an assumption...
Western La noscea, maybe, as there isn't a single ATMA that drops here...
Mhor Dona is by far the most populated place xD
easily solved by scaling with Level Cap, uncapped FATEs: 5 seals, 40-49 cap: 4 Seals, 30-39: 3 Seals, etc.
not forced to do anything if there's multiple ways to obtain the same rewards. people who don't want to PvP can still Hunt. right now people are forced to Hunt even if they'd rather do Dungeons, Trials or PvP.
