Chocobo Stables

Can you purchase JUST a chocobo stable, without ant FC housing or personal housing? If so, what is the cost?

Nope, you cannot (not till later).

You need a garden for it (it is a garden furniture). And you need a house for the garden.
It is planned for later that the players could also use the chocobo stables out in the open world.

I guess you could buy it and admire it in your inventory.
But without a garden to place it you can't use it.

Ah ok, that kinda sucks. I have no experience with the the housing and thought maybe the stables were somehow independent. ...like buying a storage unit, for your chocobo, lol.

They already mentioned they'll be adding the chocobo stable functionality to the chocobo porters (I believe) in a later patch, might take a while before they implement that though..

anyone know how much the stable is?

I believe Stables are 125k available from the housing vendors in each Ward. I haven't logged on yet(dam work getting in the way of playtime, lol) and my other FC member already bought ours... installed. (he's taunting me via emails lol)

125.000gil one of the vendors sells it (next to the guy who answers all the questionbs about housing)
