I know in 2.3 they remove Titan Ex and Ifrit Ex to advanced to Levi Ex. So what about Ramuh Extreme? Do I need to clear Moogle Extreme? I clear every Extreme Primals except Moogle Extreme because it is one of the most boring of all the Primals, and absolutely hate that fight.
What is Ramuh Extreme Requirement?

Complete the (new?) main quest, Leviathan Ex and Mog Ex. The requirements were listed a couple weeks ago on the Japanese lodestone post for Ramuh they just left out the info on the English post.

You have to tank the moogles properly to assure they don't get stacks, because if you do it's a wipe. That means keeping the small moogles away from km. You have to stun the WHM and BLM moogle in time or it's a wipe. You have to be precise with the kill hp. You have to dodge the mechanics, moogle-go-round, tri-attack, etc. You have a huge dps check at the end. Lol. The fight is pretty complex.
