SE please remodel the helm for female

Dear SE,
Last night i was thinking to make a new glamour for my PLD, so i checked my Armoire and found that i have an Onion Helm all this time.
Then i thought, well this might be good to make an Onion Knight glamour. Long story short, tweaked this tweaked that, and voila, Onion Knight glamour. A few seconds later i felt something is missing, so i googled the Onion Knight and i found what it is. THE HAIR.

I could care less if it's a male, it's suitable, but for female? what? we lose our hair? i don't know either SE is lazy to do something with armor models for female or just overlooked this.
Despite our hairstyle is not really good, at least allow us to make it better by combining the helm and the hair, not force us to turn on/off the helm.
So i humbly request SE to remodel the helm for female m(_ _)m

I support this if only because onion knight is awesome love the glamour btw what did you use

You compare a full all round helmet to a top-of-the-head only helmet... The hair didn't disappear its inside the helmet

Also have no idea what character gender have to do with all of this lol

On the subject: I hate how my character's hair disappear when wear cowls lol

If you haven't noticed, armor in this game is pretty gender equal. If it covers up everything on a male, it does so on a female; if it doesn't cover a damn thing on a female, it doesn't on a male either.

I think it'd be nice as well, but also don't see it happening.

There are some items that cover differently for gender, the level 15 Foestriker skirt for instance adds gray leggings for male but bare legs for females.

The onion helm is a little big for your cat-woman, so she put her hair up to cushion it...

Another example would be the DRG AF with the bare midriff On females but full coverage on males

Yeah, helm on females are ugly as hell. Most of the head pieces are ugly for females tbh, I just glamour them with an electrum circlet :(

If you look at the picture the male helm has a cowl incorporated and doesn't show the wearer's hair whereas the female version does. OP is asking for the female version of the helm.

While we can’t say things will change for wearers of the Onion Helm specifically, it seems the team was able to address a couple of hairstyles as illustrated in the below comment from Takeo Suzuki. :)

And of course we’ll continue to pass along requests like this asking for the development team to make it so certain hairstyles do not get tucked into the hats and helmets that are equipped.

yes thats it, they are lazy...
It has nothing to do with complexity of different hair styles across different races, helmets etc.
they were just like "screw it".

The top row shows the hairstyle without anything covering it. The bottom row shows what it looks like with a headpiece equipped that, I'm guessing, currently does not let the hair flow down like it does in the picture.

Thanks Camate. I honestly expected you to say "We have no plans to do this thing you would like."

I'm just wondering exactly how many hairstyles they're going to fix with this. Personally, I love my character's style! Everything but the way I look in a hat... There's a reason I chose bangs, because they look good. It would suck if some hairstyles were left out of this edit in the end... >.<

That picture is from Final Fantasy Tactics what got that to do FF 14 ARR? The onion helm in FF 14 ARR got a cowl for both male and female. If she doesn't like that then don't wear it. SE should focus on more important stuff.

I only hope the changes come not with new hair clipping

Let's not try to get realistic here, you're using the Lightning's hairstyle and that hairstyle is 5 cans of hairspray and bottle of glue.

Dragoons, masters of the spear. Their weapon: A long pointy weapon primarily intended for thrusting forwards into the center of an opponent's body, skewering their vitals. Their armor: Heavy metal armor covering the entire body, except for a big hole in the center of the body, right where the vitals are.

I guess Dragoons aren't really prepared to fight other Dragoons? :P

On topic, though, male or female, the cowl looks pretty dorky, imo. Still, if the armor IS intended to be an homage to FFT, it would make sense for males to get the cowl and females not to. Do females get the skirt shown in the FFT pic, as well? I don't have DRG/LNC leveled, and so haven't tried on any Onion gear.
