I think you have to click 'Account Services' and then 'Add Playstation 4 License'.
But when I do that it tells me that I have to buy the digital version of the game (which I did) or use a code. So I'm stuck too.

same here I bought the hard copy though. I installed it but I can not use the registration code in the case. It says it is invalid or already used. I even waited until after midnight on the 14th. I'm getting a little P'd off. First I had to keep contacting them for not receiving my early access code and now this. If they weren't Square-Enix I would bail on it. But i'm a loyal fan sense FF1.
same problem here, just bought the standard edition but i previously had 30days left on my account.
so i should have 60 days left after i bought the standard edition but it doesnt seem to be registering on the mog station.

Purchased the Standard Edition digital download earlier today, but logging into the app still shows no service activated.

I bought a copy from the UK PS store after taking part beta phase two for PS4. After buying the game it told me i can use the beta phase two client to play the game. After i boot the game i am greeted by US and Canada returns policy. After i log in my Square enix account in game it says that i need a active account and a product code.

I just tried linking through the Square website and got a psn may be incomplete message, then tried to log in on the game and got No valid account message. Is this the same issue you are all having?
Went into support chat, admittedly I probably sounded like a bit of a douche but was unhappy at not being able to play the game

Contacted Sony first. They don't seem to have a clue. They say to delete, reinstall tried a few other things to no avail and say to wait till later and if still like that in morning to contact them again. They took all the information as this will help to solve the issue. Then I contacted Square Enix and they said they are aware of the issue and only affects PSN downloads of the game and are working to resolve the issue. They are aware and are working with Sony and say to keep posted on here! Would be nice to have a official post from them stating there is an issue.

A friend of mine bought the game just 5 minutes ago with no issue at all, maybe the problem is for who bought the game too early?

@jABASKUNDA I deleted all files from applications and all saved data as well from online storage and hardive. Final fantasy saved data can be found in the other folders. Deleted everything. Just redownloading now so should be able to let you know if that works in the next 20mins or so.. have fibre :)
It doesn't work. I tried that too but it just updates the launcher to the 08/04/14 version, which I think is the second beta launcher. Its showing up in the store front now rather than just searching for it so it should definitely be live. Some PS3 users had these issues for a while, I still haven't found anyone stating a solution so I guess its just a case of waiting for them to fix it, which I hope they do soon as two botched launches for the same game isn't doing anything to boost confidence
Edit: And now the download is taking a lot longer, was 20mins to half hour last night, now showing over an hour
No correct, does not work. I am in UK and for some reason when log-in the US and Canada T&C's come up. Think Damofitz is right. They need an update to sort this.
Just for people who are interested, I bought the game this morning, before 12GMT release, updated the Beta from earlier in the month and had this issue. Deleted and reinstalled the client and still have this issue. Reinstalling makes no difference so don't waste your time/bandwidth doing so.
I see they're recommending you contact their support for resolution, which is odd considering the conversation from earlier in the thread. If anyone finds a resolution, please ensure you post here, would be very helpful.
I know these things happen, but it's bloody annoying.
Guess Sony messed it up by putting the game into the store too early. So everyone who bought it before 12:00 GMT has problems now.
It didn't go onto the UK store until around 12.40am gmt.
A really frustrating start. I can't believe the let down. Let's hope it gets sorted soon, and with some form of compensation for all of us who have paid good money for this game!

Oddly says contact support, who then just told me to keep an eye on updates on Lodestone...
You know all they need to do is verify purchases and give out codes to those who purchased it. Then we can all go to the mogstation, input the code and it'll work. For some stupid reason, the PS Store didn't give out a code, which would have been a perfect workaround to this problem. I've been trying to get an account set up for my wife all day (this is our only day off during the week, grrr)
BTW I also saw that message, talked to support, and they said to keep watching the Lodestone... so yeah they got nothing!

I've spent the last three hours trying to get through to tech support so that I can have a conversation from the horse's mouth about all of this and have had no luck. No matter where I go I can't seem to get a support chat page. And when I think I've got it, it winds up being an email support ticket.
It's also getting pretty infuriating trying to figure out what's going on with this limbo when every page links back to itself, like some unhappy, money stealing circle.
Same problem here... Had the PC version, got a ps4 and a vita for this game (so I can play in the bath :) ) bought the digital version this morning (around 8 am CET) and it says no valid service when trying to link account. There's not even a create account button only, "use existing SQEX account".
Well they've put the information about people not being able to log in on the client too. Guessing it'll be either tonight or tomorrow it'll be fixed tbh
