You can get atma on any job lv. confirmed. miners can get them. Just so know.

It does not matter your job lv or anything you can get them and the venture get them random also. Those in the FC confirmed it. So you can get atma as lv 1 char doing fates also level up on fates just need be in the right area of them, can do it as a gather job also. If a gather job just stand in the fate. So have fun AFK at a fate and getting a atma while sleeping.

You just need the quest active. This not a April fools joke either. You can thank all those that help.

You do not need the weapon equip. That a urban legend since of the random drop.

He's not saying that you can get an atma weapon for miner. He's saying that you can get an atma while ON miner. As in, change to miner, go stand in a FATE circle, and when it ends you have a chance to get an atma. It's already been proven that you don't need gold or even silver for them, so if bronze can get it, an afk miner getting no reward can get it too.

As most people know (I'd hope), atma is NOT tied to any specific job. The quest merely states to do the FATEs, but it doesn't say it has to be on the job you want the weapon for, nor does it say that you need a zenith weapon equiped. You just need a zenith weapon to start the quest itself, nothing more.

So all of those lvl 50s steamrolling FATEs? Yeah, you could be doing them on a lvl 15 while getting exp.

Edit: How do people not know that you get atma items from the FATEs, and not atma weapons? Can't wrap my head around the "i gots muh atma fishen pole frum a fait" jokes since it doesn't even make sense to begin with.

You got it understood. People need to relax and wake up and not as hard as people think it is to get atma. Now that all the big FC are starting to find it out. So the rest of those can finally start to relax. Even though there is some flaws. At least now can AFK and sleep and get a atma and wake next day since the AFK timer not there.

last part is can get good players and the elite FC get the last part and finally find out what the best order to get the atma the faster route. Just sucks that yoshi-p not saying nothing to calm the storm. Or was he just like OMFG. What did i get my self into. I know i was in the OMFG i hate fates with a passion on the fates and takes like hrs to run to them again, but my FC calm me down some. Yes you can get the atma anytime on the fates. Just need bronze. so can afk on a gather job to get a atma. It all RNG. This server got a lot of AFK now.

Hmmm ... is it a sudden change ? I did remember that some LS friend tried to do the Goblin Fate in Quarrymill (you you have to gather stuff for some NPC) as a fisher and was denied the XP.

as far as i know, you CAN't get fate xp as a gatherer. It doesn't work that way. Gatherers and crafters ONLY gain exp from crafting or the act of gathering (and turning in levequests for said activities). I tested this as well and unless they suddenly allow DoH to get battle xp then you can't do it.

However, doign it on other DoW or DoM jobs at different levels i'm not sure of still.

Just to clarify you can also get crafting/gathering experience from non crafting/gathering quests (a lot of them aren't locked to combat classes, particularly the errand and talking based ones, and I'm not talking about levequests but actual quests).

But it's true that we're locked out of FATE's :(

If you don't hit an enemy period then you don't even get a bronze. I fail to see how it would give you an atma. You get no exp, no nothing if you didn't participate in the game. Just standing there doesn't count as participation.

The game tells you directly you need to have a relic equipped, it's not a assumption from the playerbase.

They should change it so you don't though, then perhaps it wouldn't be quite so lame. Unless you've maxed every class already anyway.

You need a Zenith weapon to start the quest, but not to finish. As such you don't need it for FATEs either.
