Phil tombs should become myth tombs.

I want to have all my phil tombs magically transformed into myth tombs when 2.2 is released.

Thoughts?

Considering they will have an NPC to allow the conversion of a set number of philo into a set number of mytho....yea, I agree. And so do they.

no, but I think somethign like this is goign to be implemented anyway via a vendor in game.

Anyone know if we'll be able to gather potash and that sort of stuff from the new high level nodes? I'm still a vanya fan, even if it won't be considered high level anymore.

They haven't said anything about it but people have been speculating that they will come from the new nodes or be dropped in the new dungeons. Either is likely.

What's with all the crafting ingridients for ilevel 70 stuff you so far bought in Mor Dhona with philo tomes?

"Predetermined rate" xc

At 1st I got excited and planned to save 2k philo in order to +1 both my relics right after patch, but I think I'd be extremely lucky if I was able to +1 even just one of my weapons, which would tbh in itself be pretty generous. I just hope rate wont be any worse than 1:4 xc

If you mean ingredients you already bought, they'll probably stay the same.
If you mean where to get them instead, probably new gathering nodes, or available for cheap Myth tomes.

There is precedent in-game for 1:3, 1:4 or 1:5

Probably studying them. It doesn't really matter. The NPCs wanted them, we collected them, there are no more to collect.

You should be more worried about why dungeons that only had 30-50 Myth will now be dropping 100 each.

Or, you know, realize that it's a game and not every single thing needs a lore reasoning.

Technology across the land has upgraded with the Scions moving to Mor Dhona. Apparently not even in Eorzea is exempt from Moore's Law. Those USB drives don't even fit into gears any longer. The next tomestones won't even be tomestones, they will be individual lines that permanently attach themselves into your left arm. Once you are fully geared you effectively have a barcode on your left arm, which in turn will give you access to your very own Garlean Mount: armor fashioned in the likeness of Gaius.

Tombs should become tomes in 2.2.

I see that everyone else already beat me to this joke though.

I've found King Galvanth's Tomb in-game, but I have yet to discover Phil's Tomb. :P
