Haven't recived the FC contest choker

Hi I was wondering if anyone knew who to contact in regards to winning the choker from the FC recruitment contest. I tried emailing support but they said they could not help me as it was 'outside the scope of the GM service'

We noticed that Pocchory had mistakenly listed our FC as one of our members names (Rou Rou) and not its actual name (Lusus Naturae) so our FC is wondering if this is why we have not received the choker yet. The prizes for the Free Company video recruitment have not been sent out yet.
We'll be sure and follow-up once they have begun to be sent.

The dates that deal with this contest are terrible... Results in Jan... nothing till mid Feb.

Actually to be fair they said after the 24th not on. :p

You people are impatient... I mean they have a lot of FC's that they need to sift through and then find the member who were part of the FC during that contest ect... Give them some time... At least they messaged you back stating that they haven't been sent out yet... The post started off with a simple question and then the troll's come in trying to bash everything...

Yeah we were more concerned we hadn't received them due to listing our FC with one of our member's names (like if they had searched for Rou Rou and not our actual FC's name).

I'm glad to hear that they haven't sent them out yet. I think it'd be much more of a pain if they had, and they ended up missing a ton of people.

Well... I quote the contest rule to say this "Prizes will be awarded within two weeks after winners are announced." That was march 5th... Anyway... Still waiting on the chokers... At least give us a date or a generic explanation

In our previous update we mentioned that we planned to distribute the prizes at the end of March. However, as we have been working on addressing system issues and bugs that have been occurring since the release of patch 2.2, the original schedule has been delayed as a result.

We will be sure to let you know as soon as we have finished addressing these issues and confirmed a date for distribution.

I'm hoping the choker's get sent soon. Our FC worked really hard on our video and it was clearly the best video for our server and honestly most of the servers (IMO.. but check it out if you don't believe me :D ). Regardless, it would be nice to have something to show for our effort!

Eagerly awaiting the chokers, especially with the glamour system out now - glad SE have been keeping us updated. :)

Dev post on JP forum explains they will begin sending the chokers out on friday, and explains they normally send out these things manually but since the winners now number in the tens of thousands, they had to implement something automatic which took time and other things had priority...

Should get an official translation sometime today.

First off, we would like to say a hearty "THANK YOU!" to all of the Free Company winners that have been extremely patient with us while waiting for their prizes to be delivered!

We are pleased to announce when prize distribution will begin:
Starting Friday, April 18, at 12:00 a.m. (PDT)/3:00 a.m. (EDT)/7:00 (GMT)/16:00 (JST)
Please note the actual delivery time may differ slightly depending on your character's World or Data Center.

There are a few precautions we'd like to make you aware of.
As the prize will be delivered via Mog Letter, the delivery may fail in the following cases:

• Your character has been deleted
• Your character has transferred to another World

If you have the max number of allowed Mog Letters, or maxed out your number of attachments, you can safely receive your prize by deleting older letters from the system.

We'd like to take this opportunity to explain why it has taken so long to distribute the prizes for this contest. In short, we have never sent prizes to winners on this scale before, and we originally dispatched prizes manually using Mog Mail in previous contests.

Unlike before, the winners of this FC Recruitment Contest were in the tens of thousands! So, in addition to extracting all the character information, we also created a system to take the data and dispatch the prizes automatically. However, we had to prioritize fixing system issues and bugs in Patch 2.2, which delayed our initial schedule.

This meant that although we managed to send the prizes for the Little Ladies' Day Screenshot Contest as planned, we couldn't deliver the prizes for the FC Recruitment contest. Once again, we are very sorry for the delay and frustration that this has caused.

Rest assured we learned a valuable lesson from this and will make sure everyone has a much better experience with our forthcoming events!

It's great to have the situation explained fully, thanks for that! Happy to know I will be receiving my choker at long last. :)

I got mine just the other day! Ahriman Choker down, now to try and get my handsome, passionate Roe fingers on a Mandragora Choker! =D

Not to be pushy but it has been a week and our FC still has not received our chokers.

Given that it is now May and our FC has still not received our chokers, I am wondering if somehow our FC was forgotten or the automated program missed us somehow. Has any other FC that won not gotten their prizes yet?

We got all of out chokers on the day :0 Strange if you didn't get yours yet though.

I am sorry for the Necro-bump but it is now june and the fc has still no received their chokers. Community team and or GMs can you please look into this. In game gms are still spouting that the prizes are still in distribution which seems ridiculous at this point...

The Chokers from both the Valentoine and the Easter event were distributed. How odd the FC ones were not ...
