where is the PvP??

-CC´s time casters: 15 sec slows, 30 sec sleep,10 sec root, are u kidding me?....30 sec CC for matchs with 2 min duration?hahahahahhahahahaha
and u give only 1 skill for remove it when 150 sec reuse?hahahahha

-Blm: they just can use sleep and sprint all day because they will be focused for enemy team,remove sleep skill from him and give more chance to be a real dps...lower chance to interrupcion.

-tanks job should be take the dmg from party and protect healers/casters from enemies, no should make more damage than dps (LOL),they cant agroo...enable flash with change target to tank and low his atk.

-Insta ress?srsly?and 1 dps class can use it?more hahahahahaha

-sprint and jumps...just remove it,i dont want follow bunnies

-skill miss,all class with same speed(fail),in sprint/jump u can miss skill easily(melee skills)...and ofc slows,stun from melee class(drg,monk) are ridiculous, 3 sec stuns,20% slow.

-Premade 3 vs random players...:who think this is good idea? who?

-no gear balance: guys with full ilvl70 pvp vs pve armors "GG u win for u skill"

-match duration: 2 min??u w8 about 5 min for enter and just 2 min in battle? make rounds or something

-pvp mechanics: you can be pro but if your healer die before enemy healer or at sec 5 you can stay afk,no chance to win..result? constant flames for healers in pvp

In 234 games i done 90% tanks make more dmg that dps(all noobs?),u should play more pvp games, now I invite u to leave this post "pro"

First off no one gives a shit about the tank so they are free to wail on their target all day so as a result they do more damage in matches than their DPS teammates. You should also quit looking at PvP like it's supposed to be a 1v1 death match and think your class should be able to beat every other class you come across.

If you are a PLD you should be using cover to protect the healer/caster when they are getting focused so you can already do that.

Healers can remove sleep from you it's part of their job. Your team should get smelling salts so that the healer can never be slept for more than 7 seconds.

I'm a SMN so I won't talk about the raise thing. If you a SMN put all of their dots on you then you probably deserve to die anyways. If Miasma didn't exist then matches would take way too long.

If you are frustrated enough to make a rage post like this you should probably take a break from PvP and make up for your losing streak tomorrow.

tanks will almost always deal more damage than dps, if people fail to understand why, thats their problem, but the reason is obvious, tanks are last target to be killed, they are usually left alone and free to dps... and more damage done, doesnt mean higher burst damage which pvp is all about....

What they need to do is give everyone pool noodles so we can have some real fun!

Smelling Salts do not work in PVP. You could use Sleep Ward potions but people rarely do.

If you have a competent BLM the healer will be slept for 21+ seconds no matter what. The opening 30s Sleep will be purified but the BLM can Swiftcast Sleep forcing a 15s unbreakable sleep (barring teammates hitting him). With 2s left the BLM can begin casting Sleep again which will last another 7.5s.

Finding a competent BLM is easier said than done however.

Or you could put dps on the blm if you have no counter sleep and just have the healer los him until he is dead. These hypothetical situations are useless though because something can be done in any situation just don't be bad. Better players will win no matter what class they play

actually people who run marauder do really good damage. It is a regular occurance for them to keep up with DDs.

Really? You don't think I've accounted for being pressured?

I've played well over 400 games as BLM and I'd guesstimate that I've been focused first in ~95% of them. It's unusual for me to have fewer than 2 people on me at all times. Ask any BLM and I'm sure they will confirm.

I don't know how you plan to 'skill' your way out of unavoidable sleeps though. LoS will not work when the opening sleep is Night Wing (instant cast) and BLM has Aetherial Manipulation. The second is instant as well with Swiftcast. Only the final one must be casted and that's what Surecast and Equanimity are for. Lol @ you thinking this has anything to do with how good you are. With the massive positional delay (notice how you're hit with abilities a full second after running out of LoS?) it's not possible to kite someone around well enough to avoid an instant cast.

I also don't remember mentioning anything about winning or losing. My point was and is that saying a good healer only has to sit in a 7s sleep at most is completely wrong, unless they stack Sleep Resist to the tune of 75+.

I play as a MRD and in Solo queue I have almost 70% win rate. Whilst in 3/4 Man group I have 95% win rate. People underestimate my damage and I make them pay dearly for it with 1.7k Butcher Block, 1.2k Full Swings, 1.5k Mercy Strokes.

i can support this claim. the worst thing you can do is let wars/mrd run around unchecked around because we will lock you down and finish you.

The way you "skill" your way out of it is with the element of teamwork is all I'm saying. People on these forums look at classes as what they do as an individual. That's not a very good way to look at it because these are not 1v1 fights. If your healer stays behind the wall and they have a BLM that BLM has to run all the way behind your wall to even try and sleep your healer. In that time you can pressure the BLM then he has to decide do I risk death and try to go for the healer or do I cut my losses and go for someone else. Everyone speaks of these hypothetical's as if that is all that can happen in the match.
