Hiya all...
Ive been playing Final Fantasy XIV: A Realm Reborn for 2 months now... I played it on max settings and easily reached the 50fps..
Now since the last driver update, the FPS dropped tremendously to 5fps (and this was only in the menu.... not even in the game) in game it was like a PPS presentation.
I rolled back the driver, and now its working fine again.
Are there any fixes coming up for this?

You can go here to find previous nVIDIA drivers; or grab the original drivers from Dell. I'm surprised the GT545 chipset can run this game at all, let alone max settings.

may i ask what version drivers your using for gt 545 my pc using that gfx but i can only run on standard settings and get 30fps and my proccessor is Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-2600 CPU @ 3.40GHz

Your DXDIAG is showing that you are using the Intel HD integrated graphics. Maybe the driver update is causing Windows to use this as your primary display adapter for some reason.
Regardless of why this is happening, if you are using a PCI-E video card you should always disable onboard graphics through the BIOS to prevent any type of similar issue.
I would bet that doing so resolves your issue very quickly and easily.

Usually this is true... but my system works on-demand..
As the GPU can be very noisy it only activates the GT545 when there is a demand for it...
I have tried disabling the integrated intel! and ran FFxiv on just the gt545.. still the same results. as when i start ff, the gt545 activates :)
