What plans are there to translate the game into other languages, such as Spanish?

Do we have a Official Release date for 2.1 yet? or at least a general release date?

1/ How many RMT have been caught yet and how does the Special team works?

2/ Players still seem to experience latency that can make some fight problematic (Titan or coil). Have you identified the issue and any plan for updates?

3/ Could you show some statistic on current number of players and how worlds were affected by world transfer?

4/ With 2.1 content already defined, what are currently in plan for 2.2?

5/ Please show the PvP

This may not be the right place for this, but are there plans to address the horrible customer service for this game. I have a friend who had his account hacked 8 weeks ago and still has not gotten access back yet. Simply unacceptable.

Will there be any bug fixes included?

Like fixing lag, runtime error, game freezes, sluggish behaviour?

I am sure most warriors would love to hear about this, can you please be more specific regarding the changes being made to the Warrior class?

Update on the status of servers? Lag seems to be getting worse rather than better (EU)

Q#1 Are you trying too hard to please EVERYONE with ARR?

Is there any update on enabling tells in instances? This is really annoying for communication with friends who may not be in my free company or in my instance already.

Can we expect to get new zones (such as more Coerthas) along with the beastmen daily quests?

Q#2 Do you think server can have their own version of a "Duty Finder" like the Market Boards?

What will happen first, the level cap raise or the addition of new class(es) and jobs?

Is there a plan to include key-modifiers such as [Alt, Ctrl, Shift] and cast-sequence in macros?

Exmaple:
Macro 1
/ac [mod:ctrl, @target] "Cure II"; [nomod, @target] "Cure"

Macro 2:
/ac [nomod, @focus] "Fire"; [mod:Left-ctrl, @focus] "Fire III"

Macro 3 (Cast spells in-order with each key press):

What type of rewards can players expect from beast tribe daily quests, And how will it compare to running instances as a means of gearing up?

Can we expect to see the /tell policy in dungeons revised any time? It's really frustrating not being able to talk in private with your friends when either is on a instance.

Considering much of the content being released in 2.1 was supposed to be in the game already. Why is it taking so long to release that content, many of us have run out of things to do in game. Some have even stopped playing already. Could you split the patch into two and give us some more content earlier than the current intended release date of 2.1?

Can you please describe your vision for future endgame content and gear progression?

Has the plan changed to make all future updates be 4+ months apart? (instead of the 2.5 - 3 months estimate we were given before)

With this update coming out in December, how does this effect future updates? (Since some of us are waiting on certain features to come out, are the others delayed?)

Will we see more hard mode dungeons in the future? (to add more variance of things to do, in a certain Gear item level range.)

What does the leveling up the relationship of the Free Company with Grand Companies do?

Is their any plan to have any additional effects/traits on weapons and armors in the future such as "enhanced ballads" for Bards or additional elemental damage for primal weapons like in 1.23? If not, is there any plans to make gear less bland stat wise?

I've started the game in late September and already have 3 lvl 50 jobs and am working on a 4th. The problem is none of these jobs nor any of the jobs that are in game currently feel like a class I want to play.

Many of my FC members are already planning to have all classes leveled for 2.1, so... is there a light of hope on when we can at least expect some new classes or jobs? I know Thief, Ninja, Samurai, Musketeer, Red Mage have all been mentioned briefly as classes that you'd like to implement in the future, but it'd be nice to hear some more on these.

What happened to the content regarding Ishgard and their war against the dragons?

Would It be possible to see a previous Final Fantasy character as one of the primal fights?

I would love to see Cloud limit break and wipe the entire team with Omi-slash doing 9999 dmg lol

More details on the buffs to Dragoons and the changes to melee? If possible.

PvP question: Could you give us more info about the Features of Frontlines, And when will Frontlines be released?

Will unnecessary the job restrictions be removed from Darklight Gear? (Letting PLD,WAR wear DPS set, WHM/SCH wearing casting set etc)

What item level can we expect new content, primals, Pharos Sirius, Crystal Tower, HM dugneons, to drop?

1.) Will there be many new hair choices for both genders/races ?

2.) Where is it located?

3.) How many times can you use the Salon?

4.) Any pictures or screenshots of the new hairstyles?

5.) Any new hair colors, tattoos, face paintings, or even face changes?

6.) Will there be future hairstyles released in the future?

Regarding the Crystal Tower and PvP content:

1. Since the maximum number of people in a party is currently 8, if we wish to organise a 24-man party all on the same server for Crystal Tower, will we be able to?

2. If we want to have, for example, 4 v 4 matches with friends on the same server, are we allowed/able to set up a match like that?

Q: With Crystal Tower not having been ready for the initial launch of the game we missed a vital step from ilvl 70 gear to ilvl 80. We were forced to skip directly to coil/AF+1 ilvl 90 gear. Will there be any advantage to running Crystal Tower for players who are full or mostly ilvl 90 already? (Aside from the obvious experience of the content and maybe skins.)

Also as just a comment: I sincerely hope that bards wont be "nerfed" but rather that other classes may just be made easier to play to make up for the imbalance there is currently. People may be too focused on the initial buff bards had for being easy to play and output high dps. Now though, black mages and summoners are just as strong and good dragoons/monks keep up just fine.

I'm really looking forward to the addition of more content and the next live letter! Keep up the good work

As of recently many players are now beginning to play secondary classes and roles, however with regards to gear we cannot gear these classes with gear beyond the darklight set due to priority for our main classes. Do you plan to adjust the mythology cap/crafting gear material costs so that we may continue gearing alternative classes before 2.2?

Is there going to be further optimisation or performance related improvements for the PlayStation 3 version that we haven't heard about yet?

Will there be server wide events in which all players can participate to unlock content or manage a big feat? Somehow like the old Hamlet defense was (first need to gather resources, prepare for the battle then do the defense part), and I can cite several examples of mechanics like this from other games.

Taking back Ala Mhigo using a system like this could be pretty awesome, instead of making it instanced or a chain of solo quests.

Are you planning to do anything to address the incredible unresponsiveness & discrepancies between what players see on their screens and what actually happens that plagues the entire game? Why is this the only MMO on the market where spells can complete casting while you're on auto-run, and where you can be out of the red zone for an AOE for almost an entire second and still get hit?
