Does anybody know what they mean by "The difficulty for level 50 dungeons will be adjusted"?
Well untill we get an official response, that they said they would give us next week. We can only guess what it actually means.

My guess is that some things will get nerfed to be more casual gamer friendly (Titan) while others will be buffed like CM. There will be lots of tears and trolling as usual regardless of what they change. Elitist kiddies with no life will cry about Titan nerf, while easy mode farmers will cry about CM buff.

The word difficulty could mean so many different things. I would love the tomes, gil, and nerf of Titan.
If I had to guess, I'd say they're going to nerf AK slightly, but leave CM and the Primals alone–the former, because it's story mode (they may adjust the reward down), and the latter because Titan is the only real barrier that prevents everyone from getting their Relic right away (which is a good thing). But that's just wild speculation. They could just as easily put HM Titan in CM, make Demon Wall immobile, and triple the speed of the Stalker in WP.
I'd love to see some worthwhile drops from trash, even just some gil would be enough to make me happy there.
The only thing I'd really like to see on Titan is about .3 seconds more delay in his actions to account for latency. So tired of a quarter second being the difference between me appearing to be outside an attack on my end and not being outside it at the server. I suppose a nerf to bring him more inline w/ the gear req's of garuda would be fitting as well, and a buffing of ifrit to bring him in line so the primals are all on 'equal' footing as far as difficulty, of course this would call for re-balancing their weapons too.
Ha, that's good stuff. I doubt they will lower AK, it is a well designed dungeon (minus lack of incentive for trash mobs and the way accessories drop in there). In fact, I bet they fix the tree exploit on the first boss, effectively "raising" difficulty. I think they'll leave Ifrit and Garuda, but there is a big commotion about Titan being ridiculous for many, some of it because of lag, more so because people are selling runs, so it is problematic for the game's culture. Especially so if the rumor is true that a relic will be required for the Crystal Tower in just a couple weeks...
I'm of the opinion there should be a ring-only chest. The AK rings are important in the gear progression when transitioning to Darklight... Or make a separate DL ring for the classes (vit/parry/acc and vit/parry/crit for example). Probably easier/better with just fixing ilvl 60 rings though.
I'd be all for it if they nerf Titan HM since i have not done it yet and i've been having trouble with it. Though even so how much can you do to make it easier? Reduce the damage? Lower cast speeds? Lower boss HP? In the end it's probably still going to be tough for somebody. I think it's hard to balance the game to please both the hardcore gamers and the casual crowd. Though i believe they want to make extreme modes so i guess there will be always something thrown in for the people who want a real challenge and enjoy super difficult content.
But this is all speculation really it might be the case they won't nerf anything.
Titan fight is easy to fix. What is the issue now? The main issue for most is lag and inability to get out of aoes consistently. This is an MMORPG not an action MMO and not an FPS. The fights in this game should not be based on reflexes, they should require brains and group coordination. With all that in mind the fix is simple, increase cast times by about 1/3 of a second.
I have to agree with McLeech, Titan is unforgiving for any mistakes or lag. You mess up and you're pretty much dead. Since this fight can be done in the duty finder I believer it's difficulty is set just a tad too high. Here's hoping SE turns it down just a bit. I don't mind a challenge but this fight takes it too far for something that is supposedly puggable.
I guess a cast time increase is something. The margin of error is kind of too fine for something that in some cases can outright kill you. Even when you know what's coming next it can catch you out and you're done. The plumes are also sort of unfair imo. It's fine in a group with voice chat where you can co-ordinate everyone to stack at the right time. Plumes target people instead of just being in a random location so sometimes by RNG you can have 3 stack up on you and just kill you if you don't dodge fast enough. Don't get much time to move especially when they pile up and make a larger area.
Thou Titan doesn't require any reflex, since his rotation are fixed every time. You could literally stop attacking him and auto attack while getting ready to move the moment whatever your waiting for goes off (wright/landslide/bombs). Titan pales in comparison to any MMO out there mechanic wise.
A single bomb won't kill you, if you are having trouble avoiding bombs and landslide you could hug one bomb. It shouldn't kill you unless your under geared.
A single plume shouldn't kill you as well, if your having trouble avoiding weights, don't stack on top of each other knowing you can't get out in time.
Single plumes wont usually kill you, but a single bomb will probably one-shot most people besides the tanks unless they're overgeared for the fight. They deal about ~3700 damage each so even at full health that's instant death for the majority of people coming through for the first time.
Titan is a trial, not a dungeon.
The adjustments being made concern dungeons only.
