Rampage was amazing, why don't we have it now?

Wouldn't it beneficial at this point to scrap foresight and instead make us learn Rampage from verson 1.0?

"Increases your attack speed and parry rate for each physical attack against you, and restores HP for each critical hit you land. Effect fades upon moving or reuse. Cannot be used simultaneously with Berserk."

Learned at level 34 and the trait learned at 44:
"Doubles HP restored by critical hits while Rampage is active."

Switch the levels foresight and trait are learned with ToB, and make ToB more in line with rampart.

Have Rampage learned at the old level ToB was and the trait.

But I think having Rampage would be a huge boon to our survivability and since wrath increases our crit chance a huge buff to self healing.

Just general thoughts? (I know Bloodbath still returns and negligible amount of hp but let's just stick to this idea for this thread.)

That's the secret to war survivability. Apparently on test servers warriors have this skill and that's why how yoshiP thinks they are viable.

A move like this gives me a literal stiffy. Why was such a defining ability not transferred in the first place? Exact kind of move a berserker type should have.

My sentiments exactly. Now if only we could see this ability see the light of day again, I think it will help WAR's MT capability by a lot.

With so much movement required in this game, I can't see Rampage utilized well.

AMG I didn't notice the no moving thing. Crap, trash it, anything that restricts mobility can bite me.

Base our heals on % of our health rather than damage. Problem solved.

To be honest, that move would literally solve most of our problems. As for the moving, if they made it to diminish for every few seconds you were moving, that'd make it worthwhile to use.

Perhaps they will bring it back as a learned ability when level cap increases.

I wasn't implying a 1:1 conversion. Have the movement penalty taken away, bezerk limitation removed and have it be like in line with a pally CD (duration and CD length) but have the duration reset every time we take damage.

That way it acts as a skill we hit proactively to have the extra parry up by the time say a mountain buster was coming, but not a toggle. It should increase our dps by quite a bit as well making a bigger choice between pally and WAR.

Slightly less off-topic, make the heal-on-crit a passive trait (or add it to Defiance), extend Vengeance duration and add the stacking attack speed buff to it, and remove Pacification after Berserk.

If you get the skill as early as 34, you wouldn't have it in time for haukke manor but would probably for brayflox. If the crit on heal started of at say 2% of max hp, and the trait @44 made it 4% that would be nice. Also, bloodbath....I think needs to be 25% damage received when in defiance, cap it at like 10% of your max health (so that you don't heal like 1k+ on a mountain buster) and that would make it far more effective as a tanking CD. ToB and Rampart need to be normalized though, they both either need to be 20 durations on a 90 sec CD (Rampart now) or a middle ground of 120 sec CD and 20 second duration. I propose nerfing rampart to be 120 sec CD just because as a WAR I use Convalesence and ToB at the same time and that change would mean they still have the same CD as well as duration.

The movement limitation can probably be worked around by making the move an AoE placed around you as you trigger it. With a small AoE with the buff in effect as long as you remain within it you can grant small movement but still limit it.

It becomes your "I will mess you up"-area.
