This needs to be fixed. It's pretty f*cking sad that one mechanic of the fight can be more or less ignored by killing yourself and reraising with no penalty aside from mp cost.

This is hardly the only fight I've seen people using the raise/no weakness exploit. Nearly half of the streams I watch include people abusing this. Please fix it.

I only recently heard about the raise/medica II bug and was told I was a baddie for not knowing how to do it. >.>
Generally, I try to avoid using bugs like this because it becomes a crutch. Then if it gets fixed, your sol on what to do after.
Plus it could be grounds for banning if abused to much...I don't think that will happen here since I really doubt SE cares but you never know. -

it's a pretty interesting bug to say the least and takes some coordination to pull off during combat. I wouldn't mind seeing it become a feature although the game will have to be re-balanced around the fact it exists.

They recently fixed an exploit and reported on it.. so they do fix em its just a matter of time. They post info when they fix bugs, on the lodestone "news" section, "maintenance" and also "Hotfixes" here in this forum.
People who use these things are risking getting their account banned if it is deemed an exploit later on and just because it has yet to be fixed or reported, does not mean for certain that it is not an exploit.
Be careful folks when ppl try to pressure you into using something if you are uncertain whether or not it is an unintended feature in the game. :) -

It's something that's obviously not working as intended and that you could very well do by accident (in Titan, for example, as WHMs tend to use Medica IIs there and if someone is raised at the same time they may remove the weakness). When a bug is so huge and people are relying on it to clear content + it's getting ignored since this has apparently been well know for months now does not get fixed: sometimes it's better to spam it on a main page to let EVERYONE know about it. Perhaps then it might get looked at....or so my theory goes...

If you don't, then it doesn't work. There is no information on it ingame as to how this is supposed to work in this way, so its actually a bug. One bug/exploit that I see people trying to enforce on others is the healing exploit/bug in AK. If your healer climbs the tree on the first boss and heals you from there and none of the DD/Tank touches the adds, they'll aggro the healer, but can't touch them. If I'm healing in AK I just ignore them or tell them (No, Thanks.) and if I'm DDing, I just tell them I don't want to take part of something that could possibly get anyone banned. Wish SE would clarify more on some of these, and yes I've seen them already in the bug section.
