Healer LF Hardcore/competitive Raiding

Hello, I'm a level 50 WHM currently based on Coeurl (will transfer during free week), these are the times I am available:

Past 7:00 EST on every day of the week except Wednesday, on which I am available past 10:00 EST.

I'm currently looking for a FC that:

Possesses a serious drive to competitively clear endgame content.
Will not accept regular failure, poor attendance, and players who are only 'decent.'
Will not allow personal ties to buy less experienced players a raid slot, at the expense of the raid.
Will replace less than exceptional players, if their presence is a hindrance to progress.
Will make effective use of raid time, and raids frequently.
Will clear voice communication when focus is necessary.

If your FC is all of the above, I am interested! My gaming experience follows:

I have played WoW since the release of classic, switching between PVE and PVP over the many years I played. My PVE achievements include clearing AQ40 during Vanilla, clearing SWP during BC, HM Ulduar and Algalon clears, and a server first lich king clear in Ulduar gear (I had stopped playing for awhile and, upon PMing my old guild leader, he immediately brought me in to his 10 man progression raid).
I've always been a member of the best guilds on every server I played on, and have always placed in the top ranks of charts, if not consistently first. I've involved myself in 'theorycrafting' to the extent of mapping BiS options, determining the perfect allocation of stats, including gemming, through hours of DPS simulation.

I am a double diamond, and diamond 1 on League of Legends- a testament to my mechanical ability and awareness.

While diamond was the highest rating on SC2, I achieved it in 1v1.

The Fallen Sons (the top FC on the server) Is currently looking for a WHM for our second raid which is working on turn 4 coil. Our 1st and 3rd raid groups already have turn 4 coil down.

Martial, that website does not have exactly accurate information. How is it determining progress? NLR has Turn 4 on Farm, yet they arent even listed?

Websites that do list when no API is out isnt exactly accurate. You are definitely one of the top, but we don't have a definitive list that shows real numbers just yet.

Quite a bold statement. Until I see Coil of Bahamut server 1st, then feel free to say that. As of right now... that is only an opinion.

Amdapor Keep 1st boss down server 1st Best FC on the server. That sounds funny right? That's how i see it when i see posts on the forms about Non completed Raids.

Seems we're all on the same progression. No one has beat the raid yet.

Regarding progression
We are aware that just stating progression based on achievements might not be the best way to say who is the furthest along. Currently we are looking into calculating a score based on a Free Companies progression and gear score of players who have made it through at least turn 1. This should help provide a more accurate view of who is the furthest along.

If you're trying to rank people on server 1st achievements (and that's funny). What Raid have you server 1st'ed?

We server firsted Titan , went back to help other members with relics, and cleared the other turns literally a few days later, you really think clearing a trash floor like coil 4 means anything lol? Get your ego in check, you sound like you're playing Call of Duty. Great leadership.

We've played FFXI for 10 years and this is the 1st time i've ever seen someone boast about being the best. Let alone thinking they're the best xD

I hope your new guild is even remotely close to as skilled as the old CAKE ;) seeing as we actually have the core team from CAKE now in our guild and they're on turn - 5. What's really interesting is your bold testament when we have the real members who can easily testify the truth. Three cheers for team Strones, Master Batters, Martha Stewart, and all future raid groups within TFS!

Here is the actual timeline for us.
Server firsted Titan > Server Firsted Turn 1 coil. > Went back and geared other members in Titan.
TFS clears turn 2 and 4 in the 4 days we are gearing our members.

We come back to coil and are already in turn 5 as it was all a joke.

We have the same members... We dropped Vittorrino for various reasons, including player skill. At best you have our left overs.

I truly congratulate you on clearing a trash mob floor server first, took a a couple hours to clear, nothing to vanilla Titan without pattern.
We could have easily cleared turn 4 first since we had Titan down long before you, we just actually geared our orignial members, instead of just taking anyone with

Interesting because from what I hear the moment your members left CAKE you all couldn't make it past turn 4 and from what I've recently heard, have yet to do so. ;)

How was your most recent Turn run? From what I've heard you all got to turn - 4 and quit ;)

Being delegated into your 2nd group was very nearly a disaster for my progression. 4 days after you gave some of your most talented members the boot, we cleared turn 4, and have done so every week since, so I truly do have to thank you for relieving us of our responsibilities in that case.

To be perfectly fair, whatever rumour you've heard was probably about their 2nd group, I doubt they're having any real issue with turn 4, its a cake walk once youve done it once.

We had turn 4 cleared before we let "trial members" go. You're welcome tho. We normally run with a small group... not saying the people we kicked/let go were bad, but didn't have one of the few attributes we expected from trial members. Skill/personality to mesh/availability.

If not all were met, we let them go.

No hard feelings, but clearly some are still there. Mainly for Vitt with his slander :P

Now, what I could be a little disappointed about, was being lied to, right in mumble. It took every ounce of effort not to burst out in laughter when Hiko tried to say your reason for releasing me was because you "had found out CT wasn't going to be 24 man", considering I knew it was undeniably false. As soon as I heard that, I realized I was dodging a bullet, because a man that is unable to give a straight answer in that position isn't the kind of person I want to associate with.

So clearly, we didn't have the personality to mesh. No hard feelings.

Honestly the real failure of G2 in Cake was the lack of anyone wanting to lead it. No one wanted to put forth the effort; something that TFS's other groups succeeded at at the time. The turns are easy, it's just learning the mechanics.

Cake was founded on finding like minded people. People were let go because they did not have the same mindset. Never did I see Hiko kick someone that is not justified, but at the same time I don't delve into drama crap. Honestly if things work out for you in TFS, thats great, as getting a long with people is important for synergy. NLR is doing great, doing great things and has people that work together. We sit bored on Monday nights on T5 that can't even be touched anymore so we are giving out free titans.

TFS is on Turn 5
NLR is on Turn 5

Both have various server 1sts... none are best on server. We are just top tier. Settled?

Also why keep attacking our character? Even when we do a charity event for the server you are the only one that finds wrong in it

This poor WHM is just trying to find a Free Company and all you mean spirited people have to come and turn his/her thread into a dick measuring contest, nothing will be settled until turn 5 is down, good luck to all Free Companies involved!
