Seriously. This game is up and running 24 hours a day, and problems can occur at any time.

Whether it's a security token that's misplaced, a payment issue, or a compromised account, a subscription service of this caliber should be able to get a live person on the line with you as long as the service is up and running.

If the SE centers can't handle the volume, there are a ton of companies that will gladly take a contract to handle your customer service, but at the moment it's more like customer disservice.

Don't get me wrong--the reps are amazing. The problem is actually getting to one.
