Factual Folklore Quest Bugged

The Main story quest Factual folklore is bugged and cannot be completed. You cannot interact with the NPC Ombeline to trade her a quest item.

Hey tater I already posted a thread on this issue you should just add a post to that thread so that it becomes a higher priority.

Quest still bugged and needs fixing. This issue also being tracked in a larger thread BTW.
