I have been logged out for 5 hours then tried to log in and cant , iv tried loggin in alt char and couldnt i have started a new char on other servers and could , but i cannot logg into my server and my friends are on and say i am not logged in . Please help with this problem
i have waited more than 10 min tried to relogg started my comp with no luck
i have reset router and restarted comp still cant logg into my account , does anyone know if this is the only way to contact cust support

Your account has been compromised, more than likely. Have your friends check if your character is actually doing anything.
now my account says its not registered i think because i started a char on another server to test it =( very frustrating now i have a open ticked and waited 2 hours for chat support only to be told there is no chat support at this time and to try again later =-( omg what a day off this is i cant find support and i cant play
Sorry if you already did, but change your password if you haven't already (and probably best to add a security token too).
If you log onto the Mogstation you'll be able to see a list of all characters on all worlds. Often people with compromised accounts find new characters with strange names they didn't create :(
