Suggestion: please fix your customer support
Dear Square Enix. I have a Suggestion:
I recommend trying to submit your own customer support ticket to see what actually happens for your self.
I recommend hiring new customer support employees.
I recommend that your customer support employees actually read and fix the tickets submitted via Customer Support.
I have waited over a month and I have not received a single response to any of my submitted tickets. I will not reactivate my subscription unless you attend to these matters (primarily because I can not actually play, even if I submitted my credit info into the Mog Station).
