SE Support Team is ignoring tickets
So, I need to reset my secret Q&A so I can change my primary email address, which I will shortly lose access to.
I submitted ticket 2326542; and eventually the ticket was closed after someone copy-and-pasted in an article about how to reset your password. Clearly it was never read.
I submitted ticket 2624111; over a week later I got an email informing me that all tickets submitted prior to a certain date would be ignored because they were pretty sure the update fixed some of them.
I submitted ticket 2784316; it has been 7 days since it was answered with the boilerplate "you will receive a real answer within 48 hours" copy-and-paste text.
I submitted ticket 2845129 today, I don't expect it to be read either.
