    SE Support Team is ignoring tickets

    So, I need to reset my secret Q&A so I can change my primary email address, which I will shortly lose access to.

    I submitted ticket 2326542; and eventually the ticket was closed after someone copy-and-pasted in an article about how to reset your password. Clearly it was never read.

    I submitted ticket 2624111; over a week later I got an email informing me that all tickets submitted prior to a certain date would be ignored because they were pretty sure the update fixed some of them.

    I submitted ticket 2784316; it has been 7 days since it was answered with the boilerplate "you will receive a real answer within 48 hours" copy-and-paste text.

    I submitted ticket 2845129 today, I don't expect it to be read either.

    I have been having the same problem. I let my account expire and I will probably not renew it until I'm done being aggravated with their support

    I don't think that they're ignoring tickets; the team just doesn't seem to know how to handle them properly due to them being ill informed as to what to do with them.

    I still have an open ticket from more than 30 days ago!

    SE will not care at all, come on guys don't expect to much from them
    - Chat support never work!
    - Phone calls never work!
    - Opening tickets for them to not read? <-- never work

    what does it mean? its gonna be the worst Customer support company of the year beating EA! i will support to let the world know about how SE sucks so much
    Still i love FFXIV ARR its a damn awesome game when it work.

    I actually guessed the answer to my security question after ~15 minutes of trial and error, so I guess I'll never know: How many months does it take to get to the top of an SE support queue?
