Does live chat exist? Waited two weeks to be referred to it...
I used e-mail support to get some help with a smattering of issues I was having (missing legacy mounts, 2.0 CE items not being sent as a 1.0 CE owner, etc.), and two weeks later (after one cancellation of the ticket), I get a response telling me that they can't help me and that I should use live chat support or phone.
I tried calling their non-toll free number, and was put on hold for hours only to be disconnected. Not doing that again.
I tried looking for live chat support, and it seems that it simply doesn't exist. It's mind-boggling how poor their customer service is.
