Support ticket responds time
I used software token and didn't write down emergency removal password(I admit that I've never seen this word before until I realize it is needed for remove the OTP)
So,I warn everyone that if you are using software token you should log in and find this password .
Because you will need it when you restore or format your phone.
You have to remove and reactivate OTP.
I fired my support ticket 5 days ago and haven't got any respond but auto reply message.
Not sure if they received my ticket or not since auto reply message state clearly that they will responds in 2 days .
