Pre-order bonus region problems

I'm still having problems retrieving my pre-order bonus. I tried to redeem it a while ago but when I input my code it said that "The code's region is inapplicable."
I looked up this on the forums and tried the methods people suggested to no avail.
I am in NA and the code starts with "RAAE" which I am told is the European code.
Is there any way to fix this?

You need to contact SE I'm afraid. If you purchased it from an NA retailer then they may change it over to an NA code for you. Sorry that I don't know for sure, but hopefully you'll get good news!

So there is no other fix? Best to call them or try and use the support desk?
