Do you not see the FC recruitment threads on the server forums...Most serious endgame FCs require you to submit an application and not a forum thread to join.
Hmm, Bloodline, 18 years older. I'm 15.. Hmmm Nyuub rejected my application because my playtime is too short because of school (I think they didn't even give a shit that I have school)
Dark hours, I can't apply for some reason because I can't make a damn account because their site thinks it already 'taken'
Valience is closed for Warriors.
I would check others but I can't because I'm a little busy.
Why don't you suggest one? Unless I'm missing the point in these stupid criteria.
(Part 1 of 2 due to 1000 character limit)
You're not helping your case with this post.
Many endgame guilds these days--regardless of the game--are primarily made up of college- and post-college-aged players, many of whom have been playing MMOs for longer than you've been alive. That's not to say that you aren't capable, just that there tends to be a bias against very young players.
(Part 2 of 2)
That bias is a sizable hurdle and you won't help yourself get over it by complaining that you're too busy to even check the websites of the guilds that might interest you and calling the criteria stupid.
Additionally, as you've seen with Valiance, many FCs here on Behemoth are already flush with players. There's a delicate balancing act that is played by the leaders of these guilds to maintain enough raiders of the right classes to be able to clear content while also not recruiting so many players that numerous people are required to sit out because raids are full. This is one of the reasons why you see the high playtime requirements--these guild leaders want people who will reliably show up to every raid so they can keep their numbers smaller and not sit as many people. Nyuub is a good example of this; they have 27(ish) players with very high playtimes which allows them to stay small, conserve resources and still lead the pack in terms of clearing content.
need more late night..
who really works 9 to 5 now a days XD
You play well, gear yourself up via PUGs and do your best to leave a lasting impression in peoples' minds when they group with you. If you do well, someone will notice. Otherwise, fix all the stuff wrong with your application criteria and reapply when there's an opening. Or, do both *shrug*
