East Shroud bug. Cannot interact.

I'm on Windows 8 64bit.
Playing from Australia on the Japan servers under Masamune.
I encountered a bug approximately 4.30pm local AU time, 9/09/2013.
Encountered a bug in East Shroud, I cannot interact with the Aetheryte or talk to NPCs.
Others are also reporting the same thing.

Any News on this experiencing exact same thing same zone same World cant take the main story line any further as cannot interact with the Npc's

Same. I'm also unable to complete the main questline The Curious Case of Giggity because I can't hand in the quest to Komuxio the Slyph.

Switching to a job below the level requirement allowed me to select the quest, but when I swapped back to a job above the level requirement, she totally ignored me.

i am also getting this issue with my lvl 10 archer quest (northern vulture kills are not registering ) and the lvl 25 lnc quest npc totally ignores me, ferry npc also does not interact, all issues are in east shroud only.

I am unable to interact with the Treasure Coffer for the summoner relic quest in the Sylphlands

Same issue, Lv25 Lancer quest NPC (Matheomi) won't talk to me unless I abandon the quest.
