Haven't played for a week, can't reach support to fix issues!
Hi guys, I spent about 5 hours on Friday trying to get through all three forms of contact available to reach Square Enix (mail, chat & phone) with no success.
Chat made me wait in line for 2hours and told me no agents available
Phone support the same thing waited and waited and just got disconnected
It has been a full week since I played. Made me feel stupid for even trying to use the software token and losing my phone in the first place.
Hopefully I can play in another week..
