so is there any way to accually get a hold of se and get account problems fixed
i bought the collectors eddition of the game for se website for pc when i got my code from them it was for the standard eddition of the game not collectors yet i got charged for the collectors eddition i also bought the collectors eddition for ps3 from the psn then was never given a code after talking with sony they gave me a free copy of the game i bought yet when i linked my se account to the ps3 version of the same game i now cant access my pc game cant even log into the launcher for pc says i have to buy the pc game and so i submit a ticket just to have the ticket deleted i have spent 2 days on the phone with customer service only to be hung up on after waiting for 2hr just to have to call back
please god someone tell me there is a way to get a hold of these people all i want is to play the game that i bought and paid for on both the systems that i bought the game for dont wanna have to buy a 3rd copy of the game just to be able to play on pc again

i could never get ahold of customer service and since i first created my pc account before the mog site was up and running when i registered my ps3 version of the game to my account it only registered the ps3 copy since the new site was in place over writing my pc copy so what i had to do was buy a new copy of the pc version and register the code on the mog site and that fixed the issue is this a great solution no but it does fix the problem i personaly wish there was a way to contact square but there isnt they just run you in circles till your so pissed that you cant enjoy there products anymore so that is the best advice i can give on how i fixed the problem
