    so is there any way to accually get a hold of se and get account problems fixed

    i bought the collectors eddition of the game for se website for pc when i got my code from them it was for the standard eddition of the game not collectors yet i got charged for the collectors eddition i also bought the collectors eddition for ps3 from the psn then was never given a code after talking with sony they gave me a free copy of the game i bought yet when i linked my se account to the ps3 version of the same game i now cant access my pc game cant even log into the launcher for pc says i have to buy the pc game and so i submit a ticket just to have the ticket deleted i have spent 2 days on the phone with customer service only to be hung up on after waiting for 2hr just to have to call back

    please god someone tell me there is a way to get a hold of these people all i want is to play the game that i bought and paid for on both the systems that i bought the game for dont wanna have to buy a 3rd copy of the game just to be able to play on pc again

    i was able to play on pc perfectly fine before linking my ps3 version of the game to my se account now i am completly unable to access my pc version of the game also the code that they want you to imput on the mog site is a 5 segment code the code that i recieved with the pre order for the collectors eddition on pc is a 4 segment code while the pre order early access code is 5 segment code it say that that code is already registered and of course that wasthe code i used to access early access on pc that i now cant use

    i could never get ahold of customer service and since i first created my pc account before the mog site was up and running when i registered my ps3 version of the game to my account it only registered the ps3 copy since the new site was in place over writing my pc copy so what i had to do was buy a new copy of the pc version and register the code on the mog site and that fixed the issue is this a great solution no but it does fix the problem i personaly wish there was a way to contact square but there isnt they just run you in circles till your so pissed that you cant enjoy there products anymore so that is the best advice i can give on how i fixed the problem

    I understand your frustration for accidentally registering a second account or not understanding the account linking qualifications, it was a little confusing. Please understand that you are not alone and they are dealing with a metric shit ton of issues at the moment with requests and calls coming from all over the globe. There is only so much they can do.

    Also this post I linked may be directing you to the same form but the post itself is only 2 days old. Old tickets may have needed to be canceled that were getting backlogged in from the SE side of things and now that this form bypasses SE's customer service and goes straight to the FFXIV team, your issues should get resolved quicker, I hope. If things get resolved can you please post back here? I would like to make sure this does help people get their issues resolved. I have subbed this thread and look forward to some positive news. Again, good luck and I hope you are up and running ASAP. As just another forum poster this is the best I can do to assist you in your problem.

    hey thanks for your responce do apreciate that link i just wish it wasnt all that confusing cause im completly lost on it and what im posta be doing im not the smartest person in the world when it comes to all this tech stuff i mean i swing a hammer for a living just got into mmos not all that long ago so im compelty lost with all these problems thats why me and my wife have been on the phone the last 2 days with customer support trying to figure out how to get ahold off them and bless her soul she has been putting up with it and me raging over it cant wait till tommorow to go smash some concrete and take some of this frustration out

    oh and the part of it im confussed about is the whole service account 1 and 2 thing i only have 1 account so confused at what im posta do there

    just an update i followed the link had my wife help me out with filling out the form i got a email from square saying you should get a responce in 2 bussiness days crossing fingers hoping that i do get a responce and not get the ticket deleted so who knows tmmorow is monday and i already ordered another copy of the pc version of the game making this the 3rd copy of the game i have bought just hoping that i can finally get online on the pc and play cause i have given up hope that i could get ahold of customer service so im eating the cost of having to buy multible copies of the same game just to be able to play it hopefully one day i will be able to get through to customer service but not holding my breath thank you again for all your advice and help

    update

    got a email responce for square saying sorry for your problem we cant help you through email please call this number and when i call it i sit on hold for 2hrs just to be hung up on at almost exactly 2hrs every time this is beyond frustrating now its aproaching the time i have to pay for access to my account yet i still cant access the products i bought and paid for

    anyone have any advice on how to reach these people short of an act of god or some type of divine intervention
