Help. no response from SE support

I have a service acct issue preventing me from logging in. Ive had a support case open for 8 days with no response. Anyone know how I can contact SE to get this resolved?

What's the error you get?

Entered reg code. Shows service innactive

can you be a little more specific? Are you talking about your Early Access registration code? Or did you enter your official game code? More details will get you more help.

Official game code. However it seems I added an additional service acct. Its very confusing

You can submit a form, but it's been a week for me and I haven't heard back.

You can call, but if you don't call exactly when they open you'll get put in a queue of over thousands.

You can try to get in chat, but the service is either down, or you get queued behind 200+ people. Then when you finally get to the first person in the queue, there's the high possibility of your chat service dropping and them saying you need to retry.

Essentially your screwed unless you get very lucky right now with getting in contact with customer service. It'll eventually get sorted out, but they continue to keep their M-F 9-6 business hours which does not help when they have shotty registration web pages and this problem seems to be increasing as more people register their accounts.

Yeah I've had mine open for 3 days, which is funny because it says they will reply within 48 hours. They need a direct chat feature.
