Bonus Items, how to receive items?

OK, so i am new to MMO(well RPGMMO i played MMO on COD but new to RPGMMO), and when i bought the Collectors Edition of this game i was to receive these items as follow:
・Cait Sith Doll
・Moogle Cap
・Helm of Light
・Baby Behemoth
・Behemoth Barding
・Coeurl Bell

i am not sure where to clam them since i am new. can anyone help me with this... please...

I'm assuming you registered your collector's edition on the Mog Station so all that's left is to wait. The next time you log in, above your mini-map in the upper right hand corner you should see numbers next to a envelope icon. If you do, head to the Moogle in your respective city state and talk to him (he'll show up as an envelope with a red seal on the map). They come through the in-game mail system :)

When I first opened my client (the window that updates your game, where you log in etc.), it asked me whether or not I had a Square Enix account. I had one from open beta, so I simply used that to log in. Then, it asked me to enter the CD-key that I got when I bought the game (found inside the case). After entering it, it automatically detected that it was a Collectors Edition and showed me a list of items I would receive. After logging in, all 6 items were in the mailbox.

Note that when you use 4 of the items (mount, 2 pets and an armor for your mount), they will disappear from your inventory - but fear not, they are simply added to your character. Note though that you have to be lvl 20 to use mounts, although pets can be used right away.

I purchased the CE version but I never got a moogle cap and the sith doll? O.O I only got the Helm of light,baby behemoth and,couerl and behemoth barding. You'll get the items in mail in game :3 ~ You have to look for the delivery moogle :3

Moogle Cap and Sith Doll was something you got from pre-ordering the game. I received my early access code in my mail from Game, and redeemed it at: http://preorder.na.finalfantasyxiv.com/us

However, I believe these codes were only given to ppl who bought it from an online retailer. I doubt physical stores had codes to give out if you placed a pre-order from their store...

Ok...I too purchased the collector's edition and....for all that money spent I am VERY angry I cannot get the items that everyone else is having so much fun with now. The moogle claims it has no letters for me or whatnot so WHERE are my items?! On the Mog Station page all the items are listed as being activated on my account, yet all I can seem to get is the stupid Onion Helm....so I am quite frustrated. Every time I ask someone all they say is to check with the stupid moogle... does anyone have a real answer? Please help :( Thanks....

The most common reason for not getting the items is registering the game code to the wrong service account.
In MogStation, when you see the bonus items listed, does it also list your current FFXIV:ARR characters on the same page?

thanks all... for the longest time i was wondering what the mail icon meant. i did not know it was for the moogle mailman.
