We are very sorry for the delay in getting back to you.
Unfortunately the digital version of FFXIV downlodable from PS Store was broken. You should forward SONY a request for a full refund. For further assistance, please contant us via the Live Chat through the SQUARE ENIX support site.

no..its an answer for my ticket i sent them about 5 or 6 xD
I checked my Download List and downloaded the installer and installed.
I also checked the Transaction List and noticed the latest "purchase" and it has the associated promo code in it too, which something that (I don't think) it was there when I made the purchase last week. I haven't check the Services List yet as I am doing the 2.5GB update.
I took the opportunity to take snapshots of the process of going through the SEN/SQEX link up very carefully. And as a result, it was as expected, only single service account with all the services correct and in-place. I will post the images later on perhaps.
After the SEN/SQEX registration, I checked Mog Stations and confirmed the link-up was a success as I have (WIN) as well as (PS3) clearly listed :-) and the Remaining Days is currently 41 days!
All good to go for this weekend on PS3!
